Wonderful photos of my house, showed it off to it's best, despite the elements being against us, including a small tree being blown over by the wind just a couple of hours before the photos were taken!!! It is now sold subject to contract (in just under 2 weeks!!) to a lovely couple who love it just as it is!! The photos attracted them to book a viewing partly because they showed the colour schemes & built in furniture in the house so well & which they like very much & aren't going to change. So this really helped me get such a good buyer so very quickly.

Having recently used Saxton Mee at Banner Cross to sell our property, I would thoroughly recommend them. From the outset, Sam was brilliant — professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the valuation process. The property photos were excellent and really showcased the home at its best.
Our sale has now been agreed, and we are hopeful for a smooth journey through to completion. If the process continues as it has begun, we will have nothing but praise for the whole team.
A special mention to Janet as well — thank you both for making what can be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed.

My father in law had instructed solicitors having had an offer accepted in July 2025 (house sold stc) on a property through Saxton Mee. Two weeks into the sale process he was informed he had been gazumped and another offer put to the seller that was £10k higher. How disappointing that in the modern age Saxton Mee appear to have no safeguards or policies to protect buyers against this unethical practice. Could not in good conscience recommend to any buyer.
Edited to add: In view of the response from Saxton Mee below I have emailed as requested and provided the relevant details to allow them to corroborate that this review was not left in error and relates specifically to Saxton Mee’s Hathersage branch.

Saxton Mee recently marketed and completed the sale of my mums property in probate. It was a challenging process and the team handled it competently and professionally every step of the way. I chose Saxton me to help sell my home. From start to finish I was pleased with how it went. They kept me informed of everything that needed to be done. Made all the bookings for the viewings . The photos were very good, and my home was sold within a week. I would highly recommend Saxton Mee estate agents.
