Beware hidden costs. The most recent took 3 x monthly £40 (plus VAT) for their new RLP protection in one monthly bill from my 83yr old mother, leaving her unable to cover her care costs. There was one communication (which we cannot locate) that apparently told us to let them know if we DIDN’T want the RLP cover! They went ahead and took the money. When questioned about this practice, the company refused to issue a refund, leaving an old lady out of pocket.

I had a great experience picking my house and going through all the steps and processes. Michelle made sure I was informed and answered ALL my questions because I asked a lot of them. I have been overseas a long time in different countries and this was probably the most advanced as far as how they handle paperwork. I had no idea what to expect and so far everything has been smooth and the only stress was me wondering if I did everything I was supposed to. Also when I went into the office everyone was nice and polite as well.

All of the staff at Shires Mildenhall have been great to deal with. Particularly Billy who initially got our property on the rental market. Then more recently Michelle, who was exceptional in progressing the rental very promptly. Much appreciated
