It is not a no sell no fee.
Be very careful if you decide to go with them.
I talk with richard to begin with them.
They strongly recommend me to go sol agency. And told me after 4 months. I will be free to cancel and withdrawal or add multiple agency without extra chargres.
I wasnot careful enough to read all the small prints of the contract thinking it will be a standard one. And richard already confirmed and guranteen me on the phone. So i trusted him and took his words for it at that time.
Now 4 months later. I was told i need to pay a withdrawal fee for 350 if i want to make any alterations. And the time is indefinite. I feel that they have keep my house in hostage. Where i cant leave unless i pay them to get out of the hook.

None of the above-my properly Hatfield drive Seghill cramlington has been up for sale for 10wks and only 1 viewing and she lives in Seghill WHY MY Detached Dormer Bungalow has been listed as a detached 4 bed home!! Not a category on google! Shows up on ‘Properties ‘ BUT Buyers only looking for Bungalows who only type in Bungalows have not found me!!! Only found out by a friend living away, who could NOT find my bungalow on bungalows for sale!!
This is a total disaster for me, and such an unbelievable mistake from a company who claims to be the Elite of the northeast . After the loss of my husband and springer spaniel last November I needed to downsize , now I have lost 10 crucial weeks waiting .My email sent on 10/8/26 has come back with being sent to correct person. (This was the correct email give to me by Ryan) now 12/8/26

Terrible estate agent, I live in a studio that is about 30 square metres and they are currently trying to implement a rent increase based on the fact that there are much larger 1 bedroom flats in the area with higher rents, even though their choice of examples are all much larger properties with more ammenities (like seperate lounge areas, private gardens, much more living space etc) I try ask them for more facts and data to understand why they think an increase is justified but they refuse to provide it. I would personally avoid this lettings agency for fear of unjustified increases in the rent after the first 12 months of tennancy.

We used Signature to sell our home and also to value our home again recently that we are considering selling in the next year. The initial meet with Richard has been great both times and all the other staff were very professional and informative. Thanks again, Anna!

They didnt do anything from the time we accepted the offer, we got the sale ourselves without their help or input and they just sent emails showing properties we might be interested in and never followed up with a call
