I rate the them doing their best with patience and with most efficiency. We had no experience in selling a property but staff at Slades Southbourne guided us from start to end. I can't highlight the quality of the ads enough, from photos to actual ads being on top of all searches. Unlike the most agencies around the area, they are so accurate with what can be done to finish the deal. Thank you to Dean, Jack and Jeanette.

Slades marketed our house with patience during a period of falling prices and low demand. They were realistic but positive throughout, including in the final stages when unforeseen problems threatened to derail things. Their advice and their management of the process was always sound, friendly and knowledgeable. We are very grateful to Dean, Jack and James for helping us through a long and frustrating experience.

Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property.
My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic.
I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October.
Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.
