Pleasant staff with good communication, however, the people doing the selling appear young and maybe lacking selling experience with regard to properties in the higher price bands.

Very good customer service from the whole team. Good advice and follow up given at all times. Jodie was particularly in charge of the sale of our property and provided 1st class customer service and demonstrated very professional know-how. We were kept informed through the whole process through proactive and timely communication. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of Spencers. From the start, they were helpful, communicative and responsive. We were lucky enough to have Pippa showing us houses, and the whole team were great. Of special note is Sarah, their Sales Progressor.
The purchase itself took quite some time to complete due to Land Registry documentation, and Sarah was absolutely wonderful.
Not only was she knowledgeable, supportive and helpful, her communication with me was outstanding. Once we reached an exchange date, we encountered a challenge, and Sarah talked me off a ledge, with calm counsel and practical help. Her facilitation between all parties was instrumental in getting us through that difficult time.
Sarah's genuine delight for both buyers and sellers, upon completion, is a reflection of her excellent customer service to her clients.

All estate agencies are only as good as the personnel they employ and during our recent house purchase in Bashley, Jodie went above and beyond to ensure that things went smoothly. Of all the different parties involved in our house sale and purchase, Jodie, who was acting for our seller, was the most communicative, always keeping us informed of developments. With many hiccoughs along the way she was kept busy but remained patient and professional whatever the difficulties and however trying our numerous questions were.

The team in Brockenhurst couldn't have been more helpful in making a very stressful process seem a lot easier. From the initial meeting they were all very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office if you are selling your property.

Communication from the agent was poor with no proactive updates even on one occasion after a 2nd viewing. They did little to promote our house without prompting from us.

Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way
