We were very fortunate to have Dean at Stags selling our house for us. During what turned out to be a tricky, drawn out sale Dean was constantly in touch, keeping us up to date and being very supportive. His advice was always helpful, although never forced on us, and this resulted eventually in a successful sale.<br>We don't intend moving again but, if we change our minds, we'll definitely go to back to Stags.

We were selling a very old house as executors and it turned out to be very complicated. Stags were patient and helpful throughout and supported us all the way. The house was eventually sold - the delay being mainly due to a purchase which fell through and they certainly earned their commission.

Stags, Totnes recently sold a property for us on behalf of an elderly relative. The service we received was great from start to finish! We were selling a property which was 'in need of modernisation' and used the auction route to sell the property. Every stage of the process was explained: all contractors involved were equally helpful and efficient, Luke and the office staff notified us of every viewing and gave us feedback where applicable and most importantly always returned emails and phonecalls promptly. Excellent service unmatched by any other agent in a house sale in which I have been involved. Thank you to Luke and all the team.
