We had an amazing experience with Statons in purchasing our first property.<br><br>Declan was the estate agent which worked on our purchase however everyone at the office was always extremely helpful when we called up.<br><br>Declan was very responsive to emails, we appreciated how he kept checking in and providing progress updates and how he ensured everything kept moving along well.<br><br>We would definitely use Statons again for future property purchases as this was a very enjoyable process.

I’ve used Sophie to buy and sell, and I can easily say she’s the best agent I’ve dealt with.<br><br>She’s genuine, tenacious and extremely patient! No matter how busy she was, she always managed to keep me in the loop, every step of the way. This was an extremely difficult deal to get over the line, and I know for a fact it wouldn’t have happened without her.<br><br>The main thing that sets her apart, is that she acts with integrity and always does the right thing. That goes a long way in this industry.

We had such a great experience selling our flat with Statons. We dealt with Angelo who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The flat sold in just 6 weeks for a price we were really happy with, especially impressive considering there are still other flats in our building for sale with different agents that have been on the market for much longer and still haven’t sold!
The photos Statons arranged were perfect, and the video they created really captured the style and feel of the flat which was a nice bonus. Throughout the whole process, the team were helpful and responded quickly.
A special mention to Angelo, who went above and beyond even making sure our cat was comfortable during viewings!
I couldn’t recommend Statons enough and we will be using them for all future sales!
