Ilarion was excellent throughout our whole sale, from viewings through to a long, stressful exchange. He kept us well informed at every stage, and when our chain hit repeated delays outside his control, he chased hard to get us answers others couldn’t. Highly recommend.

Jason Payne is the best estate agent with whom I have had the pleasure to work!! He tried so hard to find a buyer for my flat and was constantly in touch to update me on viewings, negotiations and the final completion of the sale.<br><br>He always does what he says he will do; it took so long to even get viewings from other agencies but he and Statons' succeeded where they all failed--- I, honestly, thought my property was unsaleable but he proved me very wrong!<br><br>Jason provides outstanding service and is such a credit to Nick Staton's organisation. Thank you for your wholehearted efforts to enable to move on to my new home, Jason--- you are in the words of Tina Turner-- " Simply The Best!".

Purchased a property through Statons for my parents, the designated agent for the sale was Declan, communication was very good, responded in a timely manner to calls and emails, overall were very happy with our purchasing experience through Statons and would recommend using Statons in the future for selling/purchasing
