She gave me all the information I needed in a way I could understand and went through all options.<br>She then liased closely with the Lender to ensure a speedy outcome. From start to finish it all took less than 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend

From the very beginning, everyone was so friendly, professional, and helpful.<br><br>Nathan was my main point of contact throughout the whole process, and he was absolutely brilliant. He kept me updated every step of the way, answered all of my questions quickly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so easy and straightforward. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Danielle showed me around the flat, and she was so lovely. She made me feel completely at ease during the viewing, was happy to answer all my questions, and gave me plenty of time to look around without feeling rushed.<br><br>Moving into my first flat has been such an exciting milestone, and I’m so grateful to Nathan, Danielle, and the whole team for making the process such a positive one. Their communication and support were excellent from start to finish, and I genuinely felt looked after throughout.<br><br>I would highly recommend this letting agency to anyone looking to rent a property. Highly recommend!<br><br>Swetenhams sold our house for the price we were looking for within one week of us first contacting them.<br><br>We initially got in touch to express interest in another house they had just started to advertise and took them up on the offer of a free valuation. From the first meeting we knew we were in very capable hands and going to be really looked after.<br><br>The service we received from Melissa and team was excellent throughout our journey - allowing us to quickly submit a formal offer for our dream home and then move in shortly before 3 became 4.<br><br>Thanks Melissa and team :)

We did not feel as if we received a friendly, professional experience. Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.
