We’ve used Swetenhams before and had another great experience, again thanks to Jenny. Can not fault them at all. We went in in a dire situation. Went through basics of what we needed and budget. Arranged a few viewings and immediately fell in love with a house. We were lucky enough to have our offer accepted. The entire process was made straight forward and handled with respect and dignity by Nathan. He was even not phased by my wild child accompanying us on viewings and visits to the office. All round fantastic service and we felt very looked after by all the staff we interacted with.

I had a really positive experience with Nathan at Swetenhams while arranging the rental of my new home . From start to finish, Nathan was friendly, helpful and approachable, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>He was always happy to answer any questions I had, kept me updated throughout and was very easy to deal with. Moving home can be quite a stressful time, so having someone who was responsive and genuinely helpful made a real difference.<br><br>I’m really pleased with my new home and would definitely recommend Nathan and the team at Swetenhams. We did not feel as if we received a friendly, professional experience. Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.
