Abbey was absolutely brilliant throughout MY house purchase. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. She kept me well informed at every stage, chased things when needed, and made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable.

Hi,
This is our first encounter with Swetenhams. I am so glad to say that Jenny has made our house-hunting and renting experience in the UK on this occasion the most delightful and stress-free. From the scheduling of viewing all through to documentation, Jenny was prompt in responding and also very helpful in offering advice when clarifications were needed. I appreciate the honesty and trust. It was also a delight meeting the Team when I visited the office at Frodsham. If there was more than 5*, I would gladly give that to Swetenhams!

Absolute garbage. Low valuations for a quick sale. Any issues they'll send you to their national office and wipe their hands of it.
Lazy and unprofessional service.
Avoid these large chain estate agents with a national presence, their fees are significantly higher than other estate agents and have no soul to the way they conduct their business, go with a local homegrown estate agents and support your local community.
They will insert their generic response to all feedback below, really shows how much they care, with an automated response that goes to the central office, that eventually goes nowhere.

We did not feel as if we received a friendly, professional experience. Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.
