Kayleigh at Taylor’s Dunstable was excellent to deal with during a recent property purchase. The transaction became more complex than expected due to legal issues that arose, which significantly extended the usual completion timeframe.
Throughout the process, Kayleigh’s communication, level of customer service, and dedication to seeing the purchase through were outstanding. She consistently went above and beyond, and it was clear she takes real pride in providing a personal and attentive service.
I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

Highly recommend Taylors in Bicester. Lincoln in particular was always available to answer questions and gave great advice throughout the process of selling our late mother's house. Made a difficult time as stress free as it could be.

Kayleigh was absolutely fantastic throughout the viewing. She was very professional, friendly, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed.
What we appreciated most was how honest and helpful she was while showing us the apartment. Her approach made it much easier for us to understand the property and ultimately helped us feel confident in choosing it.
Overall, a great experience. Kayleigh is a great asset to the agency and we’re very grateful for her help.

Moving homes is already a very stressful experience, so it is incredibly important to have a letting agency that is genuinely helpful throughout the process. Working with Taylors was a very positive experience- the team was always friendly, approachable, and ready to help whenever we had questions. Communication was prompt, and all viewings and appointments were well organised, which made the whole process much smoother.
I would especially like to thank our lettings negotiator, Spencer, who supported us greatly throughout the viewing and application process. His professionalism and helpful attitude made a real difference, and helped with the anxiety of moving properties.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Taylors to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency.

We honestly can’t thank the Taylors team enough for everything they’ve done for us. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and moments of stress, but throughout the whole process we felt supported, guided and reassured.
Luke, Emma and Kyle were amazing! Always friendly, patient and incredibly quick to respond. They took the time to explain things clearly, kept us updated, and stepped in to help whenever something needed sorting. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them, and that made such a difference for us.
We’re incredibly grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially first-time buyers!

From start to finish staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help.
A shout out to Connor who did a few friendly showings and Chris who kept on top of sale the sale and communicated so well, nothing being too much even when I email bombed him!

We were bombarded with forms to fill in and identification processes to go through, then nothing. No communication, no explanations of what would happen and when. Then, unannounced another company ask us for ID, and they turn out to be the auctioneers, although we werent told who would be auctioning the property. Then we had this dreadful document full of questions none of us knew the answers to, and the sort of questions that conveyancing solicitors used to do for the client. The whole thing was a shambles.

Booked a viewing today I telephone the agent saying they cancelled on the 02/03/2026 saying they rang me I said to them no phone calls very rude staff attitude problems
