Kayleigh at Taylor’s Dunstable was excellent to deal with during a recent property purchase. The transaction became more complex than expected due to legal issues that arose, which significantly extended the usual completion timeframe.
Throughout the process, Kayleigh’s communication, level of customer service, and dedication to seeing the purchase through were outstanding. She consistently went above and beyond, and it was clear she takes real pride in providing a personal and attentive service.
I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

Highly recommend Taylors in Bicester. Lincoln in particular was always available to answer questions and gave great advice throughout the process of selling our late mother's house. Made a difficult time as stress free as it could be.

Kayleigh was absolutely fantastic throughout the viewing. She was very professional, friendly, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed.
What we appreciated most was how honest and helpful she was while showing us the apartment. Her approach made it much easier for us to understand the property and ultimately helped us feel confident in choosing it.
Overall, a great experience. Kayleigh is a great asset to the agency and we’re very grateful for her help.

Moving homes is already a very stressful experience, so it is incredibly important to have a letting agency that is genuinely helpful throughout the process. Working with Taylors was a very positive experience- the team was always friendly, approachable, and ready to help whenever we had questions. Communication was prompt, and all viewings and appointments were well organised, which made the whole process much smoother.
I would especially like to thank our lettings negotiator, Spencer, who supported us greatly throughout the viewing and application process. His professionalism and helpful attitude made a real difference, and helped with the anxiety of moving properties.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Taylors to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency.

I arranged a property valuation with Leah from Taylors in Brislington and was very impressed with her professionalism and customer focussed attitude. It was easy to make the appointment and it was evident that Leah had done her research when she arrived. She came armed with information about sales in the locality and undertook a thoughtful appraisal of the property. Leah followed up quickly by email with her assessment. I chose Taylors because I could see they are active in the locality and will remain in contact as our plans firm up. I would strongly recommend Leah.

Contacted Taylor’s yate to book an appointment with the mortgage advisor where I spoke with Hollie. She was really helpful in helping me understand the process and booking me in with nick. Nick was very knowledgeable and patient with understanding finances and exploring my options.
Recently booked in again with Hollie and nick to get a mortgage in principal. Thankyou both so much!
