Based on my current experience of Taylors, no I would not recommend them. I was terribly disappointed mainly due to the communication side. Telephone system not operating, feedback are not done very well. I believe that communication is absolutely essential between the Agent the seller and of course, the buyer when one gets a buyer. However, hopefully they will have learned from their experience with myself and have every opportunity of improving what they do going forward. I wish them well.

The agents here are clearly game players and out for themselves I offered the full asking price which was agreed. The agent Kyle Wells also said he cancelled all seven viewings, even took it off the market. Just for him to call me a day later and say “ the seller has decided to go with someone who’s in a better position than you”. Errrm I’m a first time buyer I’m not in any chain, my position doesn’t get any better than that. So basically he was lying from the get go he didn’t cancel the viewings got a higher offer and then tried to make out I wasn’t in a good position using reverse psychology against me to cover up your scheme very low. I would waste my time with these again.

This is my first experience of selling a property and from the start I have been dissapointed with Taylor's. The communication has been shocking and I would advise that people research other agents before using this one!I had people turning up with no prior warning trying to let themselves into my flat, emails are not responded to and the customer service has been terrible.

Excellent Service<br><br>Excellent service provided by Sharukh and Ravi at Connells. I used their sales service to sell my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They managed to find the right buyer and successfully sold the property after the very first viewing.<br><br>Professional, efficient, and highly supportive throughout the process. We couldn’t recommend Lincoln and Taylor’s highly enough! From the very beginning, Lincoln and team went above and beyond to help us sell our home and achieve the best possible result. Lincoln managed to sell our house within a week and, incredibly, for above the asking price — especially impressive when several other estate agents had advised us to list it for less!<br><br>Lincoln’s enthusiasm, knowledge of the local area and genuine commitment really stood out. Definetly was not happy with Taylors in Dunstable. It was obvious I actually never understood anything when selling my home..But, I soon learnt literally overnight and realised the extortionate price 'he' charged me using a silly printed piece of paper with figures on and with no percentage either stating the fees on selling a home. As 'he' smugly pointed out "he was worth it" luckily with help from a friend who pretended she was selling her house to find out the fees from Taylors, I realised i could get a 1 % fee instead of his greedy extras on top.<br>They never sold my home reason being it was over priced and it was their price and not mine..I had 2 viewings which i still believe were fake and was let down each time an hour before and one actual viewing with half hour notice given however, but with a lovely young lady from Taylors and she gave me feedback straight away.<br>Yet I still would never ever use Taylors again because it was all about making extra money from me in anyway 'he' could.
