I like Thomas Morris, I got a reasonable timed reply, and the email exchanges were always friendly, informative, and helpful. Chloe Hart was absolutely brilliant, and was a great lettings negotiator for the apartment I was applying for. If I ever have a friend looking to rent and they show me a Thomas Morris apartment, I would tell them to go for it 100%
