There must be many people that praise and remark on what a great and helpful team are at Thomas Morris branch at his branch are. But WE ARE truly thankful for all the help and advice we have had from Liam regarding our purchase of a house. Selling our house in Brampton was a text book, seamless process, with good team work and communication from start to finish!
Anna explained the process and put our minds at rest regarding 'how to sell a property in 2026'. So much has changed, generally for the better. For example, what to do when preparing the house to go on the market. Everything was explained in detail.
An successful offer came in within 48 hours.
The conveyancing process was held up only by matters outside Thomas Morris's control, particularly the slow postal service.
Along the way, Alex kept us fully informed every week of progress and also 'next steps'. This hand holding was invaluable and we were always supported and never made to feel stupid.
