We recently had our properties valued by Jenna and I can honestly say the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Jenna was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to properly assess each property and clearly explained her reasoning behind the valuations, which gave us a lot of confidence in the figures provided.
What really stood out was her attitude and work ethic. She was friendly, approachable, and clearly very passionate about what she does. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is both highly competent and genuinely cares about providing a great service.
If you’re looking for someone reliable, professional, and extremely good at what she does, I would highly recommend Jenna. Absolutely amazing service.

After my landlord unfortunately decided to sell Sheetal was there to answer questions and put my mind at ease every step of the way and even gave me a little leeway at the end. After being with Thomas Morris in 2 homes the past 7 years I would definitely recommend them to anyone when renting. Helen has also been a pleasure to work with over the years on my inspections. Thomas Morris have been brilliant throughout our house sale. We have dealt with many estate agents over the years both personally and professionally and I would definitely use Thomas Morris again. From valuation, sale and after sale we felt well supported with regular updates and communication which is very important. The whole team were very good with special thanks to Andrea and Jenny.

I've been using TM services for about ten years, selling, buying and letting property and generally they give very good service. Most recently I used TM on a managed let to handle the change of tenant process which they did successfully but not perfectly. The services to notify utilities when changing tenants did bit work for me for energy and council tax.
I find that this time find TM were good at contacting me for any issues or updates but not easily contacted themselves e.g. phone numbers given incorrect, calls transferred to unanswered phones, no response to voicemails left or emails.
Fortunately TM have a great asset in Sheetal Shah who handled all the various procedures over the change of tenants which reduced my tasks considerably. Sheetal could also be relied upon to respond to my emails and calls, and was always helpful and patient.

Professional service all round- showed insightful knowledge and experience of the local housing market. The information pack was comprehensive and contained much useful information.
