I recently chose Thomas Morris to market a property for me. In everything, and at all times, no matter which member of the team I spoke with, they were professional in their approach whilst being caring and sensitive to my needs as a client. The responses to any queries were always comprehensive and clear and delivered in a timely fashion. The team's approach to the sale of my property was not a typical 'put it on the internet and hope'. At the outset, we had a full, and frank, discussion about my property and the market. Excellent, informed guidance was provided. From these a full and flexible marketing strategy was defined and implemented accurately. In a very difficult market I was treated to realistic appraisals of what was happening and the repercussions for the prospects of a sale. Appropriate realignments were discussed, agreed and put in to action. The result has been the generation of realistic interest in the property and an offer very close to the asking price. This is not the first time I have used Thomas Morris. It most certainly will not be the last.

Alex did the photos and filming of my house to an extremely standard, so much so I had an offer, which I accepted within 17 days!
Throughout the sale the team were in regular contact with progression updates. When there was a slight glitch at the bottom of the short chain, Julie was there to ease the way in a calm professional manner.
We are so lucky to have such an excellent estate agents in our local area. They made the whole selling process as stress free as possible.

Thomas Morris were the obvious choice when deciding who to list my property with due to the professionalism and friendly atmosphere they exude. They managed to sell my property within the first few days of listing, to the first person who viewed it!
Julie, Ali and Kris have gone out of their way to make things as easy as possible during the sale and are always on hand to help with any questions that I have.
Sarah, the financial advisor on site, is also awesome. She explained everything in a way that I actually understood what she was talking about, which isn’t always the case with some FA’s. I will definitely be back when it’s time for a remortgage.

She added warmth to the process and answered our many, many questions. It was obvious how much she cared about finding the right buyers, as she'd been involved in the sale of the same property many moons ago. Uhm where to start . I think start at there conveyancers. I think probably the flat I bought wasn’t expensive enough for them to really be bothered with. After approx 14 months of waiting to complete I said I wanted to complain officially and funny enough everything got sorted In about a week lol. I’m selling this flat on now and the reason I’m writing this review is that I would not touch them. Very nice to your face but v slow if your property is a flat or something Obvs not enough commission. Would not recommend I’m in business and I treat all of my customers the same whether they have a brand new Yamaha grand piano or an old Victorian upright which is worth nothing. Just be warned ,

When we chose Thomas Morris to sell our home it was on the basis that they understood the area, they were well briefed on the price that could be achieved and, very importantly, we’re genuinely enthusiastic about selling the property.
We all know that Estate Agents don’t always get the best press but I can honestly say Thomas Morris have proved to be exceptional. The marketing was spot on with an advert showing the property at its best both in terms of description and photography. The video tour produced was fantastic.
Any company is only as good as it’s people and Thomas Morris clearly have an outstanding team.
That said it would be wrong not to specifically mention Julie Spinks.
Julie is obviously a very experienced salesperson. As soon as she was involved her calm but confident approach gave us total confidence. Nothing was too much trouble for Julie - always ready to give good advice and guidance. We are sure that Julie achieved the best outcome and can’t praise her enough.
As we are buyers as well as sellers we are encountering a number of Estate Agents ! This experience merely confirms we made the right choice with Thomas Morris - Julie was just the icing on the cake!

From my very first phone call with Alex from Ramsey Thomas Morris I felt at ease. After previously speaking to other estate agents that just didnt feel 'right' it was nice to have the gut feeling that using Thomas Morris was.
Throughout the whole process everyone was so friendly and profesional. Joe was brilliant when he came to value our house and take photos- we had our first viewing that day and were so lucky to have an offer before our house was even on right move. From then on Alex has kept me up to date throughout, ringing me twice weekly if not more with nothing ever being too much trouble- she even came in on her day of to show us around some houses.

At the beginning of the year we began looking at houses for sale with Thomas Morris. All was going well but we didn’t even know our budget, so they suggested their on site mortgage advisor Sarah. And how lucky were we! She was brilliant from the start. We had to take our 2 children with us to our first appointment and she could not have been more accommodating or understanding. Even going as far as downloading a game on her phone for my son when mine had died. It makes a nice change for children to feel welcome in these sorts of stressful ‘grown up’ environments. First appointment went great and she was so helpful and told us exactly what to expect and what to do next. This was great as we really didn’t have a clue! She worked to timescales brilliantly and found us the perfect offer very promptly. In fact we were shocked how quick it all progressed. Then unfortunately lock down began, again Sarah was very helpful and kept in contact when necessary. Once all had completed and we had moved in, Sarah once again said congratulations and checked in on us. Can’t fault her at all and we will be using her again when we re-mortgage we wouldn’t go else where. Thomas Morris were also brilliant and we had a fantastic service whenever we dealt with them.

We sold our old house and purchased the new one using Thomas Morris - Ramsey. We chose them because Julie had shown us around a house a few years ago and impressed us with her knowledge of the house and area (rather than just letting us wander round). It's my impression that the office as a whole worked hard to sell our house, we had a number of viewings before an offer was made and we always had feedback on the viewing and what the position of the people viewing was at the time. Each time we visited the office, all staff members were aware of our house and the progress being made which was great, not having to rely on a certain person being in the office.
The purchase of our new house was not straight forward and I believe that had Julie & Joe not worked as hard as they did, it may not have gone through at all. I have chosen Julie Spinks and Sarah Mercer as the primary staff members with in my review due to having majority of communication with them; however this is not to take away from the fact that all the members of staff at Ramsey Branch were so incredibly helpful, friendly and competent.
We actually had two properties to sell one in Warboys and one in Chatteris. Our property in Warboys was put up with Thomas Morris in Ramsey and sold within the first week of being on the market!!! Our property in Chatteris is still on the market with another estate agent after 10 weeks, we just wished we placed both properties up for sale with Thomas Morris not only for the quickness and success of selling for all the following:

- Easy of process
- Professionalism

We used Thomas Morris’ services to sell our home and buy our new home as well as getting our mortgage through them with the wonderful Sarah, who worked so hard to get everything organised for us and making the whole process as smooth and quick as possible. We have also selected to use Thomas Morris’ in house conveyancing team.
If our house in Chatteris does not sell within our contract period with the other estate agent we will be signing up with Thomas Morris straight away with out thinking twice.
