WPR were very professional and helpful throughout the process, from finding buyers to closing out the sale. I was a remote seller, so having them local to sort out those things that need someone in person was really useful. Susy in particular was great, keeping me up to date all the way along. All in all, I would definitely recommend WPR.

I would 100% recommend WPR and Stacey in particular to anyone! We’ve just sold our house and we went with another estate agent. Once we had the offer we were passed over to the office. Stacey and the team were who we were buying from and I would say we had so much communication with her, we felt if we could have, they should have had the commission!

Steve and Daisy were a fantastic team - they did a fantastic job of shepherding four properties in a chain to a successful conclusion. They are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. A delight to work with.

WARNING TO TENANTS: Know your legal rights!<br><br>Be incredibly careful if you are ending a tenancy through this agency. They are currently giving out incorrect legal advice and misapplying the Renters’ Rights Act 2026 to the financial detriment of tenants.<br><br>Staff members are claiming that the new law retroactively forces a two-month notice period on everyone. This is legally wrong. Under the Act's official transitional rules, pre-existing contracts signed before May 2026 that allow a shorter (one-month) tenant notice period remain completely valid.<br><br>By misrepresenting the law, this agency tried to trap me into double-paying rent. Check your original tenancy agreement, protect yourself, and do not let them bully you into extra payments. I have had to escalate this formally to their Managing Director and will be taking it to the Property Ombudsman if it is not resolved immediately.

In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING.
All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property.
After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions
of interest.
Their Customer Service is absymal.
Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to.
Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent.
There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake
much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.
