We have dealt with Warren Powell-Richards for about 40 years, buying and selling properties using their services. More recently we were in the capable hands of Susy & colleagues where we were selling one of our properties. We were kept updated on the process and they maintained in constant contact with the solicitors on both sides. The exchange went to the wire and at 4.55 we had a relived and equally delighted Susy on the phone to give us all the good news, completion was the following week. WPR are a enthusiastic team and go out of their to help, hence why we have used them for all these years.

I have been working with Steve at WPR for the last nine months helping me with a complicated house and land estate sale. I'm in Canada with the properties in the UK so I've not even met Steve and his team. Steve was up front with everything, and the sales went off as well as my family had hoped for. Communication was top shelf. Hat's off to WPR.

This is the second experience with Steve Tebbutt having originally bought our house from him, and our experience then brought us back this time when we decided to market our home. As it turned out, we ended up finding our next house through Steve and despite the arduous legal process, Steve remained pragmatic, professional and invested in driving a successful outcome.

From start to finish incredible service!!! Even when things got tough due to complications out of anyone's control, the team continued to chase and update the entire time. We now own the house of our dreams and its all thanks to WPR.

We are just finalising a purchase of a house and Jacob at WPR was the listing agent. Jacob was a great agent to deal with and kept us informed throughout the process. He was very responsive and did his best to progress the sale as quickly as possible. We dealt with several agents in Godalming when viewing and could not recommend Jacob enough. If we ever choose to sell we will be asking Jacob to act for us!

My experience with WPR? Everything was very straightforward. It was easy to arrange visits and Jacob was very patient as I measured everything. He liaised very well with the vendor and kept me fully informed every step of the way. Excellent !

In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING.
All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property.
After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions
of interest.
Their Customer Service is absymal.
Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to.
Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent.
There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake
much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.
