Our buying experience through WPR was easy and largely stress free. Initially, my wife and I dealt with John McConkey, and then Susy Brooks as our purchase progressed.
Throughout the whole buying process WPR were very professional while maintaining a friendly, flexible & approachable manner. Their communication is on point - fast and honest, and we were always kept up to date without having to chase for answers.
On the few occasions we visited the (Alton) branch in person the atmosphere was relaxed, organised and everyone knew who we were, why we were there and who we were there to see without us having to explain.
We would definitely recommend WPR to anyone thinking of buying or selling. They're on it.

We purchased our house in Four Marks through WPR this year. We found them to be hard working, conscientious, and Susy Brooks the their sales progressor was great. It makes a huge difference to a transaction to have a sales progressor on the team, particularly someone like Susy. We would recommend them.

From the very first viewing, Steven at WPR was friendly and approachable, and what really stood out was how honest and sincere he was throughout.
He was clearly very knowledgeable about the property and the wider purchase process, and was always happy to answer questions or talk things through. Importantly, I never once felt pressured. He struck exactly the right balance between being proactive in keeping things moving and available when needed, without ever coming across as pushy or overly sales-driven.
Thanks to his approach, the purchase progressed smoothly and completed successfully, which made the whole experience feel far more straightforward than I had expected as a first-time buyer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Steven and the team at WPR to anyone buying or selling.

Thank you to Stacey & Steve for getting us sold and moved and getting us any hurdles along the way:)
We tried another local agent for a few months, however, we found WPR's photography and pricing much more likely to get us sold. They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with.

In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING.
All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property.
After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions
of interest.
Their Customer Service is absymal.
Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to.
Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent.
There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake
much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.
