We sold and purchased houses in St. Ives with Wellington Wise and have been amazed at the quality of service. We had true end-to-end support from Sarah and Charley in particular - from early valuation discussions and buying advice, through to completion of the chain. Communication was always top notch, very prompt and usually by phone with a lengthy supporting e-mail trail.<br><br>You hear a lot about the stress of buying/selling houses and while this is somewhat true, in our case the agent only made things easier and relaxed. This was especially helpful to us as it took us a while to find our next house after selling. I would absolutely use Wellington Wise's services again.

I did not sell with them I removed my property because in 10 weeks they got me two viewings and another who didn’t show.
I had two emails from them during the whole time. Very disappointed and as for you, the fact you think I’d sold through them tells be enough!

Absolutely first class service, Sarah and her team were outstanding in helping us buy our home. The Legal process was tricky but they did an amazing job chasing progress and kept us up to date throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending or using again.

I viewed my new home on Thursday, and from the very first viewing I was impressed with the service I received from Lucy. She was friendly, personable and easy to talk to, making the viewing feel relaxed and enjoyable. She also had excellent knowledge of the local area, which was really helpful.<br><br>What stood out most was how efficiently Lucy handled everything. She facilitated an incredibly quick turnaround from my offer being submitted to it being accepted, and kept me updated throughout the process. Her communication has been excellent, with prompt emails and regular updates, so I’ve always felt informed about what was happening.<br><br>Although it’s still early days in the purchase process, my experience with Lucy has been extremely positive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her based on the service I’ve received so far.

I recently began renting a property through Wellington Wise via their agent Holly. She was extremely helpful, professional, and prompt with all of her responses. And she expertly navigated working with the US Air Force housing office to ensure that I was able to move in without any issues. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy in this area.
