Great team who helped us sell and buy our new home. I had an interesting experience with Wentworth about a month ago. We put an offer on a house, which unfortunately fell through under frustrating circumstances. At the time, I felt the advice given by the agent may have been misguided, and I was disappointed when we lost the purchase.
So why the 5 stars?
When I called to find out whether our offer had been accepted, it was Daniel who delivered the bad news and who bore the brunt of my frustration. I spoke with him at length, multiple times, and each time he responded with genuine empathy and understanding. As first-time buyers, his guidance and advice were incredibly helpful and well beyond what we expected.
We didn’t get the house, but the interaction with Daniel was unexpectedly positive. Our involvement in that particular sale was over, yet Daniel still took the time to support and advise us. That level of care was rare and sincerely appreciated.
If that’s the kind of service I received in a situation where we weren’t even clients, I can only imagine how exceptional the experience must be for those who are. I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to when I’m next in need of real estate services.
A brilliant experience from Wentworth, especially when they didn’t have to. That’s why it’s 5 stars from me.

Excellent service from Wentworth who always kept us in the loop, were always ready to help with further viewings and providing information. It was a really easy process with them, Sarah was always helpful and truely excited for us to buy our first home. The team in general were great, and provided us with lots of support and recommendations for after our purchase. Could not recommend them enough!
