I had an interesting experience with Wentworth about a month ago. We put an offer on a house, which unfortunately fell through under frustrating circumstances. At the time, I felt the advice given by the agent may have been misguided, and I was disappointed when we lost the purchase.
So why the 5 stars?
When I called to find out whether our offer had been accepted, it was Daniel who delivered the bad news and who bore the brunt of my frustration. I spoke with him at length, multiple times, and each time he responded with genuine empathy and understanding. As first-time buyers, his guidance and advice were incredibly helpful and well beyond what we expected.
We didn’t get the house, but the interaction with Daniel was unexpectedly positive. Our involvement in that particular sale was over, yet Daniel still took the time to support and advise us. That level of care was rare and sincerely appreciated.
If that’s the kind of service I received in a situation where we weren’t even clients, I can only imagine how exceptional the experience must be for those who are. I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to when I’m next in need of real estate services.
