Just a quick shout out to Meghan who has been fantastic in helping me reference tenants over the last few years, should have really written this review sooner TBH. Its hard monotonous graft and your perseverance and attention to detail have been brilliant !
Also Olivia many thanks for the help in resolving difficulties in 2025, again your dogged perseverance was greatly appreciated - you have the patience of a saint !!

Buying a house is a very long and stressful experience but thanks to the professionalism of Georgia Corrigan and Caitlin Wiley the whole process was managed well and progressed satisfactorily. Catlin was on hand to provide assurance during a time when there was a sudden change of the seller's solicitors. You can imagine how stressful that time would have been. I can not thank Caitlin enough and would definitely recommend Whitegates to anyone looking to purchase a property.

A special thank you goes to Lucy, who was absolutely outstanding throughout. She was incredibly supportive, responsive, and always on top of everything. Lucy kept me updated at every stage, answered all my questions patiently, and made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable.
Paige was also very helpful and supportive along the way, and together they made a great team.

I recently sold my house through Whitegates, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I actually originally bought the property through them around 8 years ago, so it felt like a natural choice to use them again—and they didn’t disappoint.
From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and well managed. The team were always responsive, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had along the way, which really helped reduce the stress of selling.
A big thank you to James, Megan, and Chris in particular—they were all fantastic to deal with. Their communication was excellent, and they kept me updated throughout, making sure everything stayed on track.

This was a challenging sale, in unprecedented times. When the sale appeared threatened by stalling solicitors Whitegates got ‘on the case’ and we sold the property, well done!!
