Having discussed what I wanted from Whitegates they delivered on all aspects. I asked for a smooth transition. As a seller the process is different to when I was a buyer. Its a waiting game now, depending how efficient the professional bodies involved Conduct their business.

Working is WhiteGate is smooth, fast and reliable procedure and a lovely staff. Lucy one of the agents was super helpful when we moved in and afterwards she's still helpful if you need anything and can help you get to your help point. The houses are nice and neat. I recommend it

We recently moved into a rental property through Whitegates and found the whole experience delightful. Nicola was very helpful from the start with the initial viewing and then again at the second viewing, The whole application was straight forward and we were updated throughout. Even on move in day Nicola went out of her way to accommodate as well as bringing us flowers and chocolate's to enjoy in our new home.

Update. They put the rent up every year. Were slow to fix any issues. Bad attitude every time we had any contact. 4 years of this company and im finally free. Never again.
I moved into a house managed by whitegates and have complained that there is rubbish in the yard left over from previous tenants or when the house was cleared. I physically can not use my bins because of this, I can't even walk in the yard because of the rubbish dumped all over the floor. I asked them to remove it and they won't schedule a time or date to do this. They say it will be done when some one is passing. Its absolutely disgusting and I have followed all the procedures correctly. They have told me it isn't an emergency and so therefore, not a problem. I will end up having to pay someone to remove it myself because they have made it very clear that they don't care. So, don't bother with Whitegates if you have other options. Their rude and just don't give a damn. I would give them a minus 5 stars if I could.

This was a challenging sale, in unprecedented times. When the sale appeared threatened by stalling solicitors Whitegates got ‘on the case’ and we sold the property, well done!!
