Recently used William Gleave in Llandudno for house selling. Alex came out to appraise within days (others could not get out for weeks). Guided us through the process with excellent communication, advice and honesty throughout. Clearly Alex and Debbie are very knowledgeable and gave us the benefit of their experience when decisions had to be made.
I’m aware that Alex has since left which is sad loss for the company as they were both lovely people to deal with.

Fantastic service from the team at William Gleave. Olivia, Joe and Tom went above and beyond to finalise the purchase of our property. Always available and keeping in contact as much as anyone could hope for. Although our purchase was not straight forward, the team found ways to smooth the journey and get us to completion and into our forever home. Always grateful and would definitely recommend their services. Thanks again guys

I have been very impressed from start to finish how professionally the team have worked and supported me smoothly through the recent sale of my property.
They kept me informed every step of the way and also communicated regularly with the buyer and my solicitor to keep the process moving.
As an owner living overseas, they were patient and understanding of time delays in my communication to them.
