Good team in Holywell-Amy, Tom , Olivia et al. I imagine that it’s a difficult climate right now so thanks for all their help over a longish sale process with challenging circumstances for parties up and down the chain.

I have been very impressed from start to finish how professionally the team have worked and supported me smoothly through the recent sale of my property.
They kept me informed every step of the way and also communicated regularly with the buyer and my solicitor to keep the process moving.
As an owner living overseas, they were patient and understanding of time delays in my communication to them.

Recently used William Gleave in Llandudno for house selling. Alex came out to appraise within days (others could not get out for weeks). Guided us through the process with excellent communication, advice and honesty throughout. Clearly Alex and Debbie are very knowledgeable and gave us the benefit of their experience when decisions had to be made.
I’m aware that Alex has since left which is sad loss for the company as they were both lovely people to deal with.
