I have found William Gleave Holywell to be very professional and supportive throughout the house buying process. Olivia Jones dealt with my purchase and has been an extremely proficient estate agent. She was on time to all viewings and was able to give detailed information about the e houses. If she didn't have the answer to a question, she would find out and give an update in good time. My purchase has required lots of inquiries to solicitors and many requests for updates from myself. Olivia has pursued all lines of enquiry promptly and with a clear outline as to how long it might take to get a response. Her communication skills have been brilliant and much needed reassurance that everything would be processed in due course was much appreciated. On the rare occasions that I could not speak to Olivia, Amy and the rest of the team have been able to answer any queries and have all had a part in supporting me through the process. Ah I’m in my lovely new home and reflect that I may have missed out on it had it not been for Olivia’s quick thinking!! Despite feeling very ‘at home’ on my first viewing, I was somewhat put off by some things to do with the house and was concerned they’d be an expensive fix. Olivia could see I was in 2 minds and suggested she contact the vendor about the things that bothered me. I’m so glad she did, as ultimately everything could be answered and sorted and now I live here 1 week in!! Throughout the process Olivia was efficient, communicative and kept in touch. Amy and her team have just been fantastic. Right from the moment I called about putting my property on the market with them (as an apartment below me had sold really quickly). I wanted to get my place sold as I wasn't living there anymore, had tried to push it through auction to get a quick result, but it just wasn't getting the "bites". Then Amy (William Gleave) met me, explained her approach to dress the apartment up (it was largely empty and devoid of furniture), just to get people through the door. I followed Amy's idea to the letter, and sure enough it went on the market with some fab photos from them, and the viewings came in a short while later (about 4 weeks or so) which Amy, Olivia and the team handled for me. Then a flurry of additional viewings came in and offers (yes plural - many offers) were put to Amy and her team - yay! We are almost at the end of this journey now and hopefully ownership will be transferred to the new owner very soon who will use, enjoy and love it, like I used to do many years before! Amy, Olivia and the rest of the team are focused, pushy (in a good way), and they get results. Their fees are reasonable (we'd all like to pay less!), but for what they have done, I cannot recommend them enough. Top team, Thanks Amy & Co!... Read more

Myself and my partner used William Gleave Holywell in the sale of our house. It was a complicated sale and took roughly 6 months however the branch were fantastic in supporting the sale and seeing it through. Joe Williams was the instrumental estate agent who saw the sale through from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he was happy to advise and guide us both through the process whether than was on the phone or having a meeting at the branch.
