I felt very positive with my dealings with Williams Harlow - the valuation seemed appropriate and I was provided with good advice at different stages of the process. I was away during the viewing and offer stages and these went ahead smoothly resulting in a number of offers, one of which was very good and we accepted. Their communication while we were away was also great. The sale went forward smoothly and our only very slight gripe was that we found it more difficult to speak to someone once the sale was agreed and going through. Overall very happy to recommend.... We were looking to downsize from our much loved family home to a smaller property nearer to shops and public transport, and were reluctant to put our house on the market till we saw something we really liked. Having lost one place we were keen on, we followed Williams Harlow's advice, put it on the market and over a number of months had a steady stream of potential buyers, but still had not found anywhere suitable. Eventually we had a buyer prepared to wait, and viewed a smaller property ourselves which we really liked. It wasn't all smooth sailing, in fact the person we were buying from nearly let us down at the last minute, but Williams Harlow managed to rescue the deal.... Read more
