15th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Branch Manager Krystle and team members Jada and Asad did a fantastic job in helping me to sell two properties in the Midlands. I am based on the west coast of Canada and I was concerned that the 8 hour time difference might be a challenge in keeping the process moving but I neednt have worried. They were highly professional, great communicators, responded promptly to my messages, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Krystle and her team.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Keys on moving in, the checks were really quick. We’ve been in the property for 2 years now and have a great relationship with them still.

I have recommended Wentworth and Rose to many of my friends and family and would not go to anyone else to sell a property. We really felt we were in good competent hands and got everything we asked for and more.

The team were very supportive and were happy to answer any questions. They marketed the property well, kept us informed of the sale progress and communicated with the other Estate Agents in the chain. We would highly recommend them.

A special mention must go to Hayley and Hope, who were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They went above and beyond by allowing us to carry out several viewings at no extra cost, which was incredibly helpful and very much appreciated. They were also brilliant at constantly chasing all parties involved, keeping everything moving and ensuring the purchase was completed as smoothly as possible. They were always friendly, professional, and quick to respond, keeping us informed at every stage and helping to reduce what can be a very stressful experience. 12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I would give Ryan Lynch of Siddall Jones 10 out of 5 for selling my mothers 4 lock up shops. He was commercial , thoughtful and helped every step of the way. Ryan often went above and beyond what was expected. A true professional in his field and I cannot understand the company's Google review score!!!! This does not reflect the standard I encountered which was excellent.

18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Awful. Constantly increasing the service charge, constantly adding new things to to the service charge so we have to pay more. In return we get nothing. The gutters aren't cleaned which has lead to mould, a leaking roof which they have been informed about several times, ignored emails etc. Industrial slum landlords that just want to suck the money from the tenants without doing a thing to earn it.

2nd Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)We received fantastic service from Rice Chamberlain. Our property was listed late February 2025 and we completed by the end of June. Sarah was so approachable and helpful. She was amazing in co-ordinating and managing the chain of solicitors and ensuring the communication never broke down between the parties . We really appreciated her advice and judgement. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Sarah and Rice Chamberlain. We feel like we had exceptional service and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent that will work in your best interests. Would definitely use again if the need arises.
