15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Extremely disappointed, we had arranged a viewing and a time today, and we reached outside the property had to come quite a distance, and they refused to pick up any calls didn't have any agents available and after waiting 40 mins and being forwarded to voicemail I had no option but to leave. Avoid these property agents they are extremely unprofessional and do not care about other people's time
23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I’m tired of the spam emails, I receive about 10 emails a day, it’s ridiculous! I’ve called several times to have my details taken off whatever system it’s on as I’ve never enquired or had any business dealings with them yet they continue to email me.

From the initial valuation he guided me and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. His proactive communication with the buyers’ and my solicitor’s was excellent. The service I received from Debbie and D’arcy was excellent . They were efficient, attentive and genuinely supportive. I cannot thank Ben, Debbie and D’arcy enough for their amazing support. 8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)After speaking with five different estate agents, I knew that Ellis at Hunters was the right person to help us sell our house.<br><br>Selling a home that was so precious to us was always going to be an emotional and stressful process, so having someone who was approachable, responsive, trustworthy and genuinely cared about getting the right buyers was incredibly important to us.<br><br>Ellis 100% proved his worth and then some. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to help us through the process. He was always available when we needed him, kept us informed, and reassured us during some particularly stressful moments.<br><br>We genuinely cannot thank Ellis enough for everything he did, along with the rest of the team at Hunters. From start to finish, they were exceptional and made what could have been a very difficult experience so much easier.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ellis and the team at Hunters to anyone looking to sell their home. He gave a realistic price to market the house at, rather than hyper-inflating it to flatter us and gain our business. I actually chose Oakmans over other agents mostly based on my feeling that he was trustworthy and would do his best to sell our property.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

She took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, answered my questions and made the whole process feel straightforward and reassuring.<br><br>Jilly has also conducted a number of the viewings at my property and the service she provides is excellent. She is knowledgeable, engaging and takes the time to explain the property properly to potential buyers, which is exactly what you would hope for from an estate agent representing your home.<br><br>Whilst my experience with Oakmans as a whole has not always been as consistent, Jilly has been superb throughout and is a real credit to the company. If you are considering selling with Oakmans, I would strongly recommend asking for Jilly.
