Ranjit, in particular, was very professional and I was happy to be advised by him. Kavita in the office was pleasant and always answered the 'phone.

There was uncertainty for a time whether we were going to be able to secure the property but thanks to Tom and Vic they made it happen for us and now we are in our beautiful first family home. 5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I had quite a good experience with Amber from Connells. She is very personable and she works diligently to solve issues. Unfortunately I didn’t get all the keys required to move into my new property. At first they said they would get me the fob for my completion date, then they said they didn’t have it. In addition to the aforementioned, connells advertised the property had a safety document they didn’t possess. I can’t say they’ve been perfect but they’ve tried to rectify issues to the best of their ability.

Communication was clear from start to finish, and they handled all my queries quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent.

Martin and Co presided over the collapse of our house sale after 7 months and in the week we were due to exchange after having spent a large amount of money and time. We’ve complained to the Ombudsman and are confident they will find in our favour. We would NOT recommend Martin and Co, and particularly so called ‘consultant’ Carl Hemming in any way.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
