5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I had quite a good experience with Amber from Connells. She is very personable and she works diligently to solve issues. Unfortunately I didn’t get all the keys required to move into my new property. At first they said they would get me the fob for my completion date, then they said they didn’t have it. In addition to the aforementioned, connells advertised the property had a safety document they didn’t possess. I can’t say they’ve been perfect but they’ve tried to rectify issues to the best of their ability.

Saqib and Oliver have been exceptionally supportive from Day 1 , they explained the terms and contract clearly and guided us through every step of the process to ensure all the documents and preparations required for letting our flat were satisfied. They really made our experience less complex and stress free. We were also very impressed with how well they advertised our property. The marketing was outstanding and as a result we secured a tenant on the very first day of viewing.?????????????????? Martin and Co presided over the collapse of our house sale after 7 months and in the week we were due to exchange after having spent a large amount of money and time. We’ve complained to the Ombudsman and are confident they will find in our favour. We would NOT recommend Martin and Co, and particularly so called ‘consultant’ Carl Hemming in any way.
21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Bartley’s estate agents have been established in Solihull and surrounding areas for as long as I can remember and are run by husband and wife team, Charlotte and Mark. Unlike big corporate agents you get a full personal service from purchase and sale all the way through until completion, taking away all the stress involved with buying and selling property.<br>Having used them several times I can highly recommend them for buying selling and rentals

31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Was with JM for 3 years . In my time with them they Have proven to be incompetent. No inventory just have poorly taken pictures. Switched tenant without my consent and they new tenants destroyed my house. No accountability.

She is an asset to Manny Klarico. Our whole experience with them so far has been brilliant, they are so efficient in their processes. Highly recommended.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

We had a rocky sale but Emma has pushed and pushed to get things completed for us. Would 100% recommend, very friendly, very customer focused.
