The journey of selling and purchasing a house can be challenging, however dont underestimate how having the right estate agent on your side can make all the difference. High recommend for Louise from me.

25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)They did what I am paying them to do and they remained patient and helpful. They were sometimes let down by lack of feedback from customers which is not their fault. A long process but got there in the end amd thanks to everyone there????????????????????????
27th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)One's letting property is in hands as safe as Graeme Smith's when it is managed by Peter and his professional crew. Peter has been nothing but manna from heaven since we departed the UK in November 2019. Highly recommended.

On the rare occasions where issues did come up, they were dealt with quickly and efficiently - it definitely made a real difference throughout my tenancy.

30th Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)Got my flat with these only fixed little bits no new carpets they were there before I was and i moved in over 10 years ago wouldn't replace them then I got charged for it when they evicted me after 10 years nearly becauce apparently landlord was selling all lies then went back on the market double the price and probably triple the deposit someone told me the carpets were the same when it was first built now where i live we have new kits if its broken gets fixed within 24hrs and No mould or damp i have sleep apnea and allergic to mould and paying less for this place than there's avoid by all means rude aswell

4th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)Have found this letting agent to be helpful and very knowledgable when helping us navigate through the legislation and rules that need to be followed when letting out a property. The office always return my call and are happy and courteous. Everything is just nice and easy. Steph keeps it all ticking along nicely and I’m really happy to be using them. Highly recommend when needing property rented or sold in or around Wimborne.

Every question or point I raised was addressed, and they consistently got back to me promptly and when they said they would. I couldn’t be happier with both the purchase and the outlook for the future. If I ever need the services of an estate agent again, I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Jack or George to handle the sale. Thanks again, guys — the gift at the end was a really nice touch.
