Honestly, without them, we’d probably still be waiting for a reply that says, “We’ll get back to you shortly.”

We faced setbacks with buyers dropping out, one of them keeping us waiting for two months only to pull out at the end. Despite this, Jack and James were fantastic – they were proactive, persistent, and worked tirelessly to find new buyers. Jack is the best estate agent. We needed to sell and over a year we tried online agency. Plus 4 other local agents - each one on 4weeks with them setting price for quick sale. None of these were able to get a sale over the line. Jack is the only reason this sale was achieved. He found a buyer and kept in regular contact with all parties. There was no pressure to do anything. I wanted to sell, buyer wanted to buy; Jack is just an excellant facilitator.

From start to finish we received such a high standard of care and professionalism, we worked with Jack who kept us continuously up to date throughout the whole process and ensured the whole process was smooth.
Jack provided invaluable insights and guidance on preparing our property for sale; he had great knowledge of the surrounding areas of Poole.
We really appreciated Jacks regular updates, as a seller it can be a bit anxiety provoking waiting to hear back from viewers but Jack always reassured us and would give us feedback so we never felt like we were waiting. This was the same when we were in the process of selling too.
I truly believe that without Jack we would not have gotten the price we did for our house.
