I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)As a landlord, Winkworth have looked after our properties for the last 15 years. Starting with Ben, who is now a senior partner, and more recently dealing with George, the whole operation has been seamless. The most recent sale of a flat was very efficient due to the teamwork of Winkworth, especially Nino and George. I would recommend Winkworth Westbourne without reservation.
11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)I had a valuation from Clarkes around 3 months ago when my property was already been marketed by another local agent<br>Had the good fortune to meet Andrea who gave me lots of useful tips which really helped improve the look of the flat in order to attract viewings<br>Andrea is honest, genuine, sympathetic and very knowledgeable.<br>At the time I was still locked up in a long sales agreement with another agent therefore couldn’t appoint Clarkes<br>The situation has now changed with regards to my property, and though there is no need to appoint Clarkes I definitely will next time I sell/ buy another property. I have no hesitation in recommending Clarkes to anyone.

Seriously, nothing is too much of an ask for these guys - they follow up, communicate, find solutions, negotiate and deliver consistently. We worked with Ellis, Sid and Matthew have been an absolute pleasure to work with, very proffesional and exceptional at what they do. Could not recommend Palmer Snell highly enough. Thank you

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

One of the main reasons we chose Welcome Homes was because Leah came across as completely genuine, honest, and never pushy. She took the time to explain the current market, set realistic expectations, and talked us through a pricing strategy that gave us confidence from the very beginning.<br><br>As we had already found a property we wanted to buy, we needed to get our house on the market quickly. The team turned everything around incredibly fast, and we were so pleased with the quality of the photos and the listing.<br><br>From then on, we dealt mostly with Lyndsey, who handled our viewings and kept us updated throughout the sale. From start to finish, the service we received was outstanding.<br>Every member of the team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.<br>Communication was exceptional – we were kept regularly updated at every stage, and nothing was ever too much trouble. After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

19th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

From the first conversation they were professional, responsive and completely straightforward.<br>What stood out most was their honesty. They gave clear, realistic advice rather than telling me what I wanted to hear, which made the whole process far less stressful.
