I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible.<br><br>Communication from Rob, Ed and Cathy was excellent throughout, and I always felt kept up to date and supported whenever I had a question or concern. They were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about getting the best possible outcome.<br><br>What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. It made such a difference having an estate agent I could genuinely rely on and trust, especially following bad experiences from other estate agents in the area!<br><br>I would highly recommend Hillier Wilson to anyone. Fantastic service from a fantastic team - thank you for everything!

12th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were originally with Thacker & Revitt as tenants and then ended up purchasing the house we were renting, so had both experiences of lettings and sales with them. Throughout our tenancy they were quick to help with maintenance issues which was good - most issues got resolved within a few days. We had a couple of hiccups with contractors being given keys and coming over without giving us notice.<br>With the sale, we also had a good experience. Terry was quick and communicative and very friendly throughout, helping with any questions I had as a first time buyer.

Whilst the sale turned out to be more challenging than expected, friendly advice and support from Jack, Hettie, Emma and Charlie helped keep things moving. It was very reassuring knowing I had such an approachable, knowledgeable and committed team on my side. A big thank you and highly recommended.
28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)I first contacted Greys in Upton to do a valuation for probate. They were very knowledgeable about the state of the housing market and how easy it would be to sell the property. Once instructed they found a buyer immediately, although the sale collapsed they were very quick to market the property in arranging several viewings which resulted in a sensible offer which proceeded to a completed sale. Throughout the process the staff at Greys were helpful and professional, especially Joe, who has the patience of a saint! I would definitely recommend Greys in Upton to anyone looking for an agent who understands the market and who will give good and honest advice. Great service.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Terrible estate agent to deal with, one of the worst I have encountered and experienced. Very poor communication and awkward to deal with. Purchased a property through them and buying a house can be challenging at the best of times and they made this process even harder. Plenty of notice was given to them in relation to locating or supplying keys to the windows as these were all locked and presented a potential fire hazard. Supplying the window keys was left to the last minute, just prior to exchange of contracts and completion and the vendor who was selling the property was pushing for a completion deadline and Jordan Marks were not helping in the slightest despite numerous email communications. They even wanted me to exchange and complete prior to this matter being resolved. Avoid this estate agent at all costs. Totally unprofessional, unhelpful, appalling service and communication.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)There is a fine line between putting the 'professional' in the estate agents role, and slipping into the one of pushy prying 'pseudo social worker'. The staff member we dealt with fits into the latter category. Whilst the manager of the branch the former.<br>Thereby, making their 'in house' politics impossible for us to withstand.The only option was to walk away. We'd done everything they requested even if it was heavy handed. In the end we'd supplied ID. twice: online and in person as they were insistent on matching our faces to the passports.Never heard of that being necessary before in this scenario, but we did it, even though we are locals and known to them in an 'out-n about' capacity. Insensitively handled.

It was lovely to feel valued and to receive that individual attention.<br><br>I really appreciated the care and effort from Chris & Paula, and I’m delighted with my experience. A big thank you to them both for making it such a positive move. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in Poole.
