29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Difficult to judge when you have had little traffic to view the property with no explanantion as to why? Was it the wrong time of year, was it the advertising (little evidence)? Value for money, we spend nothing. The agency was friendly but lacked in keeping us informed.

They know their market inside out, gave me a good valuation, arranged several viewings and we had an offer close to the asking price in only 3 weeks. Happy to recommend this company! (N.B. We have not yet completed as the Brecon property market has been very busy with longer waits than usual for surveyors and solicitors.)- 8th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)Unfortunately, for us Jeffrey Ross have not lived up to their reputation and the service which we expected. Whilst the staff have been friendly and overall communication has been pretty good, initially it was very difficult to make contact. Whilst we have been able to get an offer accepted on the house, there was very little interest/viewings which we think may have been due to the zero other promotion of our house other than listing it on their website and the usual right move etc, and even then the house description was incredibly limited and poor, and weeks later we are still waiting for a sign.

14th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Leanne Kent Properties were one of three estate agents I invited to value my property. Adrian explained to me that he would endeavour to provide a REALISTIC price. And indeed, his was the lowest of the three valuations. However, following his rationale, it made absolute sense. This, coupled with the lowest commission percentage of the three agents, convinced me to appoint them, and they were great. Communicative, plenty of advice and guidance and generally nice people. No hesitation in recommending
