Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

On this occasion.ie thesale of my mother’s house they produced excellent price guidance,<br>effective promotional materials, and comprehensive viewing arrangements.<br>The selling price was sensibly pitched and a buyer was found with appropriate financial arrangements in place and the ability to act in a reasonable time frame . I am very pleased with the price obtained and the efficient progression of the sale.<br>I have no hesitation in recommending Thomas Wood to anyone contemplating a house move.<br>P. W Jones.

Throughout the whole process, Gareth has been nothing but open, honest, supportive and professional. We’ve had a bit of an up-and-down journey with property sales, through no fault of anyone’s, but Gareth has been there every step of the way, offering reassurance, advice and support whenever we’ve needed it. The sale of our other property went through smoothly, and Gareth was absolutely amazing throughout. His communication has been second to none. He’s always kept us updated, been completely transparent and, if there was ever something he didn’t know, he made sure he found out and came back to us. What really sets Gareth apart is that he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. You’re not just another sale to him. He’s gone above and beyond for us, and what started as a professional relationship has turned into a genuine friendship. She handled the sale of my 3-bedroom townhouse, and from start to finish, she was absolutely amazing.<br><br>Lydia went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. Her professionalism, communication, dedication and genuine commitment to getting the job done were second to none. Selling a property can be stressful, but Lydia made the whole experience so much easier by keeping me informed, being incredibly supportive and always making me feel like I was in safe hands.<br><br>What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Ben and the team at Beaumont Jones have been excellent. Communication is responsive, realistic and clear, and not pushy or overambitious. I really appreciated their reliability as well as regular and prompt communication about viewings. Everything was managed swiftly and efficiently with the house being put on the market very quickly once we gave the green light. I can highly recommend them.

16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Our experience with Peter Alan's Whitchurch branch has been a complete disgrace. They are incompetent at best and purposefully dishonest at worst. They created such a mess of the sale of our property, they encouraged us to sell our house at modern auction in conjuction with their colleagues in I Am Sold, who also have an appalling reputation for losing both buyers and sellers tens of thousands of pounds. Eve Pearson of Peter Alan and our Auction 'specialist' at I Am Sold encouraged us to put our house up for sale £50k under budget and then tried to gaslight us into believing this was a good deal for us. Then, Peter Alan staff will shove as many viewers through your front door as possible, knowing that this entraps you into owing I Am Sold an insane fee of 4.5% from the sale of your house, should you want to sell your house to anyone who viewed it through them, for 12 months afterwards.<br>We had a prospective buyer who wanted to buy our house outside of I Am Sold due to their horrendous reputation and so we challenged the fee stating that Eve should have informed every single interested person of these terms, prior to booking a viewing, and Eve said her colleague was responsible for this and was thorough with every person he spoke to before letting them view our house. We later found out from that buyer that this colleague was brand new to the company and not only did he have zero conversations with the buyers ahead of the viewings, in fact the first time they ever spoke was when they met in person at the house viewing, but he even shared openly that because he was new to the company, he had no idea about auctions! Not only did Eve leave someone completely unqualified in charge of our property which she was supposed to be dealing with herself, but she then threw him under the bus to cover up her own mistakes.<br>While we've escalated our complaint to the Connells Group, both about the catastrophic handling of our property AND the sheer lack of integrity of the staff at Peter Alan's Whitchurch branch, we know that Peter Alan and the Connells Group are one organisation and therefore are incapable and unwilling to admit any wrongdoing. As such, we've had to escalate our concerns to the Property Ombudsman as we are alarmed by the gross misconduct perpetrated by the staff. I would strongly recommend avoiding Peter Alan at all cost to save yourself the dire consequences of their inept practice. Peter Alan wasted 3 months of our time, destroyed the value of our property and then just expected to quietly walk away and leave us to deal with the mess they created.- 19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We viewed 2 houses with Steph from the Albany Road branch. She was absolutely lovely! So friendly yet professional and was up for a chat about the houses. She was honest about one of the houses and that made us feel comfortable and that we learnt about it together. She even called back up the next day to get feedback on the houses and to chat about spiders in one of the gardens that we all instantly pointed out! Lovely women and anyone would be lucky to have her show them houses. Hope to see you again soon and help us find the right one for us!

Despite acting for the seller, he was always at the other end of the phone during what turned into quite a complex sale. We appreciated his experience, professionalism, and patience.
