7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I enquired about a property I could comfortably afford, but the way I was spoken to by one staff member was completely unacceptable. While I understand there are legal procedures to follow, there is no excuse for being rude, raising your voice, or speaking to someone as if they are lying about their finances. A second staff member later called and explained the same procedures in a calm and respectful manner, which just highlights how unprofessional the first interaction was. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable having this estate agent manage a property I live in.

19th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .- 27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Extortion Alert!! I paid £100 cleaning fee after checkout without any invoice or services listed and then they demanded £120. Even after disputing it they are threatening with adjudication and even more fee on top of it. Never explained what adds up to £220 cleaning.
1st May 2026 (8 days ago)Extremely poor service. Wasted months of my time not being able to close a potential purchase of a property. Given the current market constraints would have assumed an agent would at least get back to a potential buyer with a response to their offer……

From my first enquiry to securing my new home, the team were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They were always prompt with communication, kept me updated at every step, and went the extra mile to answer my questions especially with viewings and negotiations. The staff’s local market knowledge and supportive approach made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Professional and great at getting people through the doors, he was available when I needed him, including on weekends and as on top of chasing the buyer and following things up. Having dealt with a few estate agents during the process of moving house who were nowhere near as competent, I would firmly recommend Red Dragon.

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. 16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)When you tell any other estate agent that you are no longer looking for a property, they seem to understand. For some reason after repeatedly telling Peter Alan I'm not longer interested, they keep bombarding you with emails and calls.
