7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I enquired about a property I could comfortably afford, but the way I was spoken to by one staff member was completely unacceptable. While I understand there are legal procedures to follow, there is no excuse for being rude, raising your voice, or speaking to someone as if they are lying about their finances. A second staff member later called and explained the same procedures in a calm and respectful manner, which just highlights how unprofessional the first interaction was. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable having this estate agent manage a property I live in.
21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Viewed a house with Mel J from mr homes and it was a brilliant experience, Mel knew her stuff and was able to answer all of my questions and helped me visualise the house in a way i had’nt before hand. Didnt get that house but thanks to mel ive got a fresh perspective for my endeavour:)

27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Extortion Alert!! I paid £100 cleaning fee after checkout without any invoice or services listed and then they demanded £120. Even after disputing it they are threatening with adjudication and even more fee on top of it. Never explained what adds up to £220 cleaning.

From my first enquiry to securing my new home, the team were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They were always prompt with communication, kept me updated at every step, and went the extra mile to answer my questions especially with viewings and negotiations. The staff’s local market knowledge and supportive approach made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell a property in Cardiff excellent service all around!

Having used 6 different letting agents in the last 10 years I can say without a doubt that Peter Alan are the worst and out of all the office in Cardiff the Llanishen one seems to harbour the most incompetent out of them all. We had to get environmental health involved for our toilet to be fixed, toilet that was broken before we even moved in and was stated as broken on the inventory. It took 10 months to get it sorted. They are also terrible at doing anything relating to their jobs, meaning they make all sorts of mistakes that cost our landlord hundred of pounds and more in emergency repairs. Three months after the tenancy ended they are still getting in touch because they know nothing about the property and are struggling to support the new tenants. If you're going to use Peter Alan, at least avoid this office. For your sake and good luck!

1st May 2026 (8 days ago)Our mum wanted to sell her house, so I chose Chris Davies Estate Agents in Rhoose, as we’d heard good things about them and for us it was really important that they were local, knew the property market and could provide the personal touch. From the first meeting with Andrew, he was brilliant, putting us at ease, fully explaining the process, being a great help & very knowledgeable. We sold mums house very quickly & would totally recommend Andrew together with his team in Rhoose, as they are really friendly, helpful, know the area & are very knowledgeable - they really look after you from start to finish. Thanks so much guys for all your help it really is appreciated.

Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! All very nice people and I have already recommended their services to several other friends. 100% recommendation from me.

16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)When you tell any other estate agent that you are no longer looking for a property, they seem to understand. For some reason after repeatedly telling Peter Alan I'm not longer interested, they keep bombarding you with emails and calls.
