15th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We've been letting our house through Moginie James for over a year now. The company charges a lot for their service, yet there were so many mistakes on their part that literally cost us thousands of pounds that made me question the value of these services. In the hindsight I wish I had chosen a different agent.
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Williamson &co. I tried to sell my house with them from July until December with no success. I found communication was really poor, sometimes viewings were cancelled and I was not informed. If I called to find out what was happening my calls were rarely returned and I found I needed to repeat myself often as staff did not relay messages to each other. I was continuously asked about whether I would consider renting the property if it doesn't sell even though I explained this would not work for me. Once I changed to a different agent my house sold within 3 weeks for the price I wanted and I have now completed. I feel that Williamson and co being unresponsive could have lost the interest of potential buyers.

16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)????? We had a really great experience with Taylors Sales and Letting Agents – Roath, especially Aidan King (Senior Lettings Negotiator), who supported us from day one. Aidan was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We found a lovely flat, and everything was completed within just 3 days - super quick and easy! This was honestly one of the best moving experiences we’ve had. A big thank you to Aidan and the Taylors team — highly recommended!??????????

15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)The team have been excellent. The are knowledgeable and friendly . The valuer understood my needs , explained what I needed to do ( which was just a tidy and personal item declutter - much less than I was prepaying for thankfully and the house was priced accordingly. As soon as I was ready my property was photographed Wednesday evening and a sneak peek live steamed with success - Friday evening the property went live - the next day a number of prospective buyers came & a very attractive offers were made and one was accepted . I highly recommend this team they really know what they are doing !

They took my money and not allowed to speak with the person who was spoke to me initially but hide him for speaking about the refusal of tenancy ref. I agreed that may be we failed to give reference but this agency attitude is not open mind. So, I never advised to contact for any property related with this agency. Sorry I feel hurt.

The knowledge of the market, valuation, and prediction of how the sale would proceed was spot on. All the staff were very friendly and updates/communication were quick and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tathams service to anyone.

Their marketing strategy was sound, their negotiating skills were effective, and they saw the sale through to a timely completion for a price well above the original asking price. From start to finish, she was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she kept me updated at every stage, explained everything clearly, and consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. I had also been selling a property in the lead-up to this purchase, and that sale became unexpectedly tricky and stressful. Deborah did more work to support me and keep that sale on track than my own estate agent did. Without her care, time, and dedication, I have no doubt the sale would have fallen through. It’s thanks to Deborah that I’ve managed to keep my sanity! Her knowledge and calm approach made all the difference in managing both the practicalities and the people involved. I always felt I was in safe hands, and her commitment truly stood out. I can’t thank Deborah enough for everything she’s done. 3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.
