From the moment I contacted them, the team were professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable about the Cardiff property market. They made selling our home feel smooth and reassuring keeping us informed at every step, arranging valuations and viewings promptly, and always being approachable for questions. Their personal, attentive service really stood out, and I felt they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. The staff, especially Caroline, Brad and Suzanne, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran well, which I truly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, client?focused estate agents in the Cardiff area!
7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I enquired about a property I could comfortably afford, but the way I was spoken to by one staff member was completely unacceptable. While I understand there are legal procedures to follow, there is no excuse for being rude, raising your voice, or speaking to someone as if they are lying about their finances. A second staff member later called and explained the same procedures in a calm and respectful manner, which just highlights how unprofessional the first interaction was. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable having this estate agent manage a property I live in.

Didnt get that house but thanks to mel ive got a fresh perspective for my endeavour:)

Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. 5th May 2026 (4 days ago)Simon and Holly represented the sellers of the property we purchased in Tongwynlais. For reasons beyond their control, the situation was challenging, with absent sellers and a number of issues to resolve. They did a phenomenal job throughout, it felt they were going the extra mile to find practical solutions to each hurdle and well reasoned advice on next steps and timings, together with honest communication from the seller to ourselves. It feels that due to their hard work we are now in our dream house. Would recommend Thomas H Wood without hesitation.

Steph was extremely proactive and followed up enquiries both up and down the chain to make sure the sale went through on our purchase. I cannot recommend her enough to people. First class service.
18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

2nd Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.

24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)" In the first fifteen years of their existence Powell's Rural Surveyors have established an enviable reputation as the place to go for those selling property with land. So, in November 2025 I asked them to market my property in Monmouth with nearly half an acre of land. Sophie Pilot was my allotted contact at Powell's and in the period November 2025 to completion of sale in April 2026 , performed far in excess of my expectations. This was in respect to viewings, support and resolving issues with those in the chain. This was particularly important in the last week before exchange when real issues arose. She worked late, including weekends harassing those who were causing delays and ensured that progress was maintained. I would thoroughly recommend Powell's if you have a property with land to sell and Sophie as the person to handle viewings and deal with purchasers " Regards David Cummings- 20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Really friendly and helpful staff, Joseph showed me around and answered any questions that I had about the property. On this occasion the house , while in a nice area, was a little too small for my needs. I will stay in touch with Joseph and the Caerphilly branch of Peter Alan and see what properties become available.

From the very first viewing to completion, she was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Buying a home can be stressful, but her communication, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the whole experience much smoother. She went above and beyond to make sure I was informed at every stage and never made me feel like just another transaction.
