2nd Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.

From the very first viewing to completion, she was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Ria was always on hand to answer my questions, chase updates, and keep everything moving forward. Buying a home can be stressful, but her communication, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the whole experience much smoother. She went above and beyond to make sure I was informed at every stage and never made me feel like just another transaction. What really stood out was her responsiveness and genuine willingness to help. Whether it was arranging viewings, liaising with solicitors, or checking in on progress, Ria handled everything efficiently and with a positive attitude. I’m extremely grateful for all her help in getting me into my new home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ria to anyone buying or selling a property. A truly excellent estate agent.

I have just had keys to my house and what a smooth process it was. Had my 1st appointment with Bea after viewing the house. I explained my budget, deposit and what was affordable for me without any financial pressures. Bea delivered everything I required in fact my mortgage is a fraction more than the rent I was paying. All the colleagues in the Talbot Green branch are so friendly and attentive. If I could score them more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this branch and the services they offer. The valuer understood my needs , explained what I needed to do ( which was just a tidy and personal item declutter - much less than I was prepaying for thankfully and the house was priced accordingly. As soon as I was ready my property was photographed Wednesday evening and a sneak peek live steamed with success - Friday evening the property went live - the next day a number of prospective buyers came & a very attractive offers were made and one was accepted . I highly recommend this team they really know what they are doing !

The knowledge of the market, valuation, and prediction of how the sale would proceed was spot on. All the staff were very friendly and updates/communication were quick and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tathams service to anyone.

He got it on the market very quickly with beautifully professional photos, floorplan and details that demonstrated the attention to detail he had promised us.
