Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. 29th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.

This agent doesn't have any reviews- 21st Apr 2025 (10 mo. ago)After the first meeting the estate agent I was impressed with his knowledge and how helpful and confident he made me feel that my house would sell easily. I was extremely disappointed at the after care and no update regarding my sale. I didn't get a single viewer. I kept my home for 2 months with Footprints hoping I would get a viewer. I am glad I didn't have a contract because I changed and got 2 views in less than week.
