We would highly recommend the team and would happily use their services again.

24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

Hoping not to waste the trip, we contacted Finn’s about another property and, despite it not being scheduled, Joe kindly made time to show us around. That property turned out to be the perfect home for our family.<br><br>From that very first meeting, Joe took the time to understand our circumstances and how much this purchase meant to us. Throughout what became a lengthy and, at times, complex process, he remained steadfast, patient, and incredibly supportive. No matter how many questions we had or how stressful things became, Joe was always available to provide reassurance, updates, and honest guidance.<br><br>What stood out most was Joe’s genuine belief in us and his commitment to helping us reach the finish line. We never felt like just another transaction; we felt supported every step of the way. His calm approach, excellent communication, and willingness to go above and beyond made an enormous difference and helped turn what could have been an overwhelming experience into a far more manageable one.<br><br>We would also like to recognise the wider team at Finn’s, who made us feel welcome and valued from the very beginning. Soon we had a list of potential properties that could meet my needs. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and answered my questions as I was new to the area. We met again to view the prospective properties and through the process, I felt she listened, took her time and didn’t try to oversell, but took into account my responses through the viewings. Lastly there was a sense of teamwork within the office that made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Sophie (also Zeyad and Jazmyn), for your help as the start of my house hunting journey. I highly recommend Mann at Canterbury.

4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)The conveyancing for our property took literally weeks longer than we expected, as we were buying a vacant property and had the cash payment ready from day 1, Our experience was frustrating in many ways, and we kept thinking of the book, 'Catch 22', only with Wards and their recommended solicitors, Tolhurst, it was around 'Catch 37!' However, all through this when other folks were confusing us with jargon (Who needs that?) Maria Meddings kept us in touch with things and answered our questions with clarity, humour and pleasantness. She looks to be a very positive asset for Wards, and deserves to rise high in the company as she fulfils her function with great competence and understanding.

8th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We changed agents to Your Key Move on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.

This is above and beyond just an estate agents, I couldn't have been helped anymore when getting my tenancy last week to the point Andy gave up his bank holiday weekend to spend in the office correcting a few issues that were no fault of the agents at all to make sure my moving day still went ahead just 48 hrs later. I honestly cant praise this estate agents enough. I would highly recommend 100%. Friendly and so helpful.
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this letting agency. Rent payments are consistently delayed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In addition, various charges have been applied without adequate explanation or transparency, leaving me feeling that fees are being imposed arbitrarily. Communication has also been very poor. Emails and queries often go unanswered, and it is difficult to obtain clear information regarding payments, charges, or the management of my property. As a landlord, I expect professionalism, transparency, and timely communication, none of which have been consistently demonstrated. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to other landlords seeking reliable property management services.

Clare was very positive about our property and suggested a price-range, which other agencies hadn't. The property was presented very well in the marketing material, and it was good to know that social media would also be used to market the property. Multiple viewings were quickly arranged. Within two weeks of going on the market, we were going to best and final offers with three interested parties. Clare discussed each of the offers with us, and helped us to decide which to accept. A very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend Wilson Real Estate
