12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

12th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)We cannot thank Joe McDonald enough for the exceptional support, professionalism, and dedication he showed throughout our house purchase journey.<br><br>We first met Joe completely by chance after another viewing in the same area with a different estate agent was unexpectedly cancelled. Hoping not to waste the trip, we contacted Finn’s about another property and, despite it not being scheduled, Joe kindly made time to show us around. That property turned out to be the perfect home for our family.<br><br>From that very first meeting, Joe took the time to understand our circumstances and how much this purchase meant to us. Throughout what became a lengthy and, at times, complex process, he remained steadfast, patient, and incredibly supportive. No matter how many questions we had or how stressful things became, Joe was always available to provide reassurance, updates, and honest guidance.<br><br>What stood out most was Joe’s genuine belief in us and his commitment to helping us reach the finish line. We never felt like just another transaction; we felt supported every step of the way. His calm approach, excellent communication, and willingness to go above and beyond made an enormous difference and helped turn what could have been an overwhelming experience into a far more manageable one.<br><br>We would also like to recognise the wider team at Finn’s, who made us feel welcome and valued from the very beginning. Rachel, who answered our initial call, took the time to listen and kindly arranged for us to attend that first viewing, which ultimately led us to our new home. Paul, the sales manager, was equally supportive and helpful when covering for Joe during his annual leave, ensuring we always felt informed and looked after.<br><br>What makes Finn’s stand out is how personable everyone is. From the moment we first made contact, every member of the team made us feel known, valued, and genuinely cared for. It never felt like we were simply another home buyer; everyone was approachable, friendly, and always willing to help.

Their process is clear and straightforward.<br>A special mention to Jazmyn, who was so incredibly helpful and amazingly prompt with all her responses. Paul was also fantastic and so understanding when arranging the viewing. What stood out the most was how genuinely they understood our needs and sense of urgency. You truly feel listened to and supported. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

26th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Just moved into our new property that we purchased through Kent Estate Agency Tankerton Branch, Hannah has helped us all the way through, nothing was to much for her, she was very professional, very polite and friendly. We often phoned her when we could not get through to our Solicitor and she would always help us. We throughly recommend Kent estate agencies to anyone buying or selling, 5 Stars from us.
24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Not a completely awful experience. But despite explaining at the valuation that they worked for us and not the buyer, they seemed to be more interested in the buyers needs than ours, trying to get us to accept rubbish offers. In the end, we didn’t listen to them and got a better deal because of it. They also were constant with communication, which could be helpful except they updated us with essentially no update. However, they were quick in listing and had a great online set up with photos etc and were on target with initial valuation. Definitely feels like part of a big firm now, which has it’s benefits and drawbacks.

26th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)So far, I’ve been very impressed. I had three valuations before deciding to use Purple Bricks. Rich who came out gave a very good impression - he knew his stuff, was reliable and we were happy with his valuation. I like the online system - for managing availability, property details and offers. We’ve had an offer accepted and it has now been transferred to Move Hub for them to proactively manage the sale.

Everyone we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable, hard working and interested in not only ourselves as sellers but in our property too. Communication was excellent. Viewings went smoothly. The advertising of our property was exactly as we wanted it to be. We have no complaints and would, and already have, recommended Page & Co to family and friends.

He gave us confidence that the property would sell. Matt followed up after our meeting to see how things were going. After choosing Hunters’s to market the property communication has been great and all emails have been responded too. Happy we chose hunters.
11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Skippers have let a property next door to my house since February 2026. They have and are continuing to give the tenants wrong information about where exactly they should or should not park. Subsequently the tenants are repeatedly parking in front of my gate directly obstructing the access I need to get into my house and even though I have raised the issue with them and said how badly it is affecting my daily life they have constantly contested this. I even sent them a copy of the deeds which clearly states that nobody can park there, they are still persistent in their actions with the tenant continuing to obstruct my gate. This has caused myself and my partner a great deal of stress and inconvenience.
21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had such a great experience with Woodward and Bishopp even though we went through all the ups and downs of a difficult market. The whole team are so friendly, approachable and straightforward that they take some of the challenge out of the process. The staff are transparent about whats happening - and despite being great at marketing they dont spin you any annoying yarns! They are the estate agents you would wish for!!

8th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)We changed agents to Your Key Move on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.
