22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Walking into Mann Canterbury, I was approached by Sophie Harper, who greeted me with a warm smile and asked how she could help me. Soon we had a list of potential properties that could meet my needs. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and answered my questions as I was new to the area. We met again to view the prospective properties and through the process, I felt she listened, took her time and didn’t try to oversell, but took into account my responses through the viewings. Lastly there was a sense of teamwork within the office that made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Sophie (also Zeyad and Jazmyn), for your help as the start of my house hunting journey. I highly recommend Mann at Canterbury.
20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Based on our own personal experience dealing with the Head of Sales at Laing Bennett, we found all the hype and the high levels of service on offer fell way short of the mark. Two very basic oversights/errors by the person in charge of Sales really was laughable although the head of sales took exception to her shortcomings when notified by email. The key failure and final straw on her part was her failure to properly arrange photography and a floor plan in one visit. Instead when arranging the third party company to carry out photography and a floor plan, she actually notified the company to carry out photography and an EPC in error. We didn’t require an EPC as our current EPC is valid until 2028. This meant it was going to be necessary for a second visit by the same company to complete a floor plan so wasted time for us and the photographer.<br><br>We had dealings with two other members of staff from Laing Bennett when they came to get an overview of the property and we must say what a contrast, both very professional and switched on which unfortunately wasn’t the case with the Head of Sales. The many positive reviews of this company are undoubtedly genuine, as is ours but on our experience we would have to suggest to any of our friends or colleagues looking to move, choose an alternative agent.

26th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)Geerings did a reasonable job in marketing our property and initially managing an offer but once that offer was accepted on our property there was a disappointing lack of service. They were un-communicative, ineffective, un-proactive and totally uniformed. They failed to call on a number of occasions they said they would and at times we didn’t hear from them for over 6 weeks at a time. They had no handle on what was happening further down the chain and there was no drive to find out. Over a year this ultimately led to 2 chains collapsing, both within a few days of exchange, neither of which they had knowledge of at the time. At no time did I feel they were looking after our interests and seriously trying to get the transaction across the line. Any complaint or criticism was met with silence and ignored. I would never use them again and I certainly would not recommend them. .

The team are amazing; friendly, knowledgeable and they have excellent communication. Kept me informed the entire journey. Which really helped with all the new home anxieties. Moving is always stressful but they made the whole process so easy and ultimately exciting. Cannot recommend them enough.

They were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive to any questions or emails throughout the process. We successfully secured a rental property, and from an impromptu viewing to collecting the keys, the entire process took just two weeks. Their efficiency, responsiveness, and genuine friendliness were refreshing in the current market and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. Tony and Katie truly went above and beyond and have restored our faith in great customer service. Thank you both, you’re stars!
4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)The conveyancing for our property took literally weeks longer than we expected, as we were buying a vacant property and had the cash payment ready from day 1, Our experience was frustrating in many ways, and we kept thinking of the book, 'Catch 22', only with Wards and their recommended solicitors, Tolhurst, it was around 'Catch 37!' However, all through this when other folks were confusing us with jargon (Who needs that?) Maria Meddings kept us in touch with things and answered our questions with clarity, humour and pleasantness. She looks to be a very positive asset for Wards, and deserves to rise high in the company as she fulfils her function with great competence and understanding.

8th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We changed agents to Your Key Move on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.

Clare was very positive about our property and suggested a price-range, which other agencies hadn't. The property was presented very well in the marketing material, and it was good to know that social media would also be used to market the property. Multiple viewings were quickly arranged. Within two weeks of going on the market, we were going to best and final offers with three interested parties. Clare discussed each of the offers with us, and helped us to decide which to accept. A very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend Wilson Real Estate
