Their process is clear and straightforward.<br>A special mention to Jazmyn, who was so incredibly helpful and amazingly prompt with all her responses. Paul was also fantastic and so understanding when arranging the viewing. What stood out the most was how genuinely they understood our needs and sense of urgency. You truly feel listened to and supported. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
20th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Based on our own personal experience dealing with the Head of Sales at Laing Bennett, we found all the hype and the high levels of service on offer fell way short of the mark. Two very basic oversights/errors by the person in charge of Sales really was laughable although the head of sales took exception to her shortcomings when notified by email. The key failure and final straw on her part was her failure to properly arrange photography and a floor plan in one visit. Instead when arranging the third party company to carry out photography and a floor plan, she actually notified the company to carry out photography and an EPC in error. We didn’t require an EPC as our current EPC is valid until 2028. This meant it was going to be necessary for a second visit by the same company to complete a floor plan so wasted time for us and the photographer.<br><br>We had dealings with two other members of staff from Laing Bennett when they came to get an overview of the property and we must say what a contrast, both very professional and switched on which unfortunately wasn’t the case with the Head of Sales. The many positive reviews of this company are undoubtedly genuine, as is ours but on our experience we would have to suggest to any of our friends or colleagues looking to move, choose an alternative agent.

26th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

He also recommended a great solicitor, Sally Oatridge. Together they were there for me at any time and helped me to overcome all obstacles. I was moving back from the Continent, which made the process more complicated and required additional assistance. If I could give no stars I would have! Sales progression is laughable, attention to detail is non existent. Avoid the stress, avoid this sleepy outpost!<br><br>Customer service and complaints process are a farce, so called "quality assurance director" refused to even discuss my complaint! It seems that it's perfectly acceptable for their estate agents to negligently misrepresent buyers position with total impunity. Bought and sold lots of properties and these are the worst I've ever used! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and always happy to help.<br><br>A special thank you to Anita, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me well informed, was always quick to answer my questions, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel much more straightforward. We often phoned her when we could not get through to our Solicitor and she would always help us. We throughly recommend Kent estate agencies to anyone buying or selling, 5 Stars from us.

We have always been kept in the loop when it came to viewings and found the feedback very useful. We have found all members of staff very helpful but David in particular has been our main contact during our sales. He is clearly knowledgeable and his advice has always been on point.

Rich who came out gave a very good impression - he knew his stuff, was reliable and we were happy with his valuation. I like the online system - for managing availability, property details and offers. We’ve had an offer accepted and it has now been transferred to Move Hub for them to proactively manage the sale.

The team at Gould Harrison really listen, and had a very clear idea of what my parents were looking for. They notified us immediately a suitable property became available. I think that they were as excited as us that they had found my parents the perfect home. Lee, Harry, Jay, Jo and others in the team were so kind and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would thoroughly recommend them for their outstanding service and we are sincerely grateful to them.

11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Skippers have let a property next door to my house since February 2026. They have and are continuing to give the tenants wrong information about where exactly they should or should not park. Subsequently the tenants are repeatedly parking in front of my gate directly obstructing the access I need to get into my house and even though I have raised the issue with them and said how badly it is affecting my daily life they have constantly contested this. I even sent them a copy of the deeds which clearly states that nobody can park there, they are still persistent in their actions with the tenant continuing to obstruct my gate. This has caused myself and my partner a great deal of stress and inconvenience.
21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had such a great experience with Woodward and Bishopp even though we went through all the ups and downs of a difficult market. The whole team are so friendly, approachable and straightforward that they take some of the challenge out of the process. The staff are transparent about whats happening - and despite being great at marketing they dont spin you any annoying yarns! They are the estate agents you would wish for!!

8th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)We changed agents to Your Key Move on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.
