Hoping not to waste the trip, we contacted Finn’s about another property and, despite it not being scheduled, Joe kindly made time to show us around. That property turned out to be the perfect home for our family.<br><br>From that very first meeting, Joe took the time to understand our circumstances and how much this purchase meant to us. Throughout what became a lengthy and, at times, complex process, he remained steadfast, patient, and incredibly supportive. No matter how many questions we had or how stressful things became, Joe was always available to provide reassurance, updates, and honest guidance.<br><br>What stood out most was Joe’s genuine belief in us and his commitment to helping us reach the finish line. We never felt like just another transaction; we felt supported every step of the way. His calm approach, excellent communication, and willingness to go above and beyond made an enormous difference and helped turn what could have been an overwhelming experience into a far more manageable one.<br><br>We would also like to recognise the wider team at Finn’s, who made us feel welcome and valued from the very beginning. Rich who came out gave a very good impression - he knew his stuff, was reliable and we were happy with his valuation. I like the online system - for managing availability, property details and offers. We’ve had an offer accepted and it has now been transferred to Move Hub for them to proactively manage the sale.

The whole team are so friendly, approachable and straightforward that they take some of the challenge out of the process. The staff are transparent about whats happening - and despite being great at marketing they dont spin you any annoying yarns! They are the estate agents you would wish for!!

15th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)I made an enquiry relating to the recent successful sale of my (non UK resident) brother's apartment by MIles & Barr's Birchington Office. It was for Capital Gains Tax purposes, and I was anticipating a laborious process, as with most things these days. My call was taken by Tom, a Senior Branch Manager, who explained what he could do. Within a very short time, he emailed the information requested, in the format required. I was very pleased with this rapid and efficient response for what was a 'non mainstream' question on a very hot August day. He is truly an asset to the business, so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We have used Miles & Barr for a number of transactions now and they have always been very successful.

This is above and beyond just an estate agents, I couldn't have been helped anymore when getting my tenancy last week to the point Andy gave up his bank holiday weekend to spend in the office correcting a few issues that were no fault of the agents at all to make sure my moving day still went ahead just 48 hrs later. I honestly cant praise this estate agents enough. I would highly recommend 100%. Friendly and so helpful.

10th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

18th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Frederick and Co manages just one property for me. I have been trying to get clarity on my bills and help the tenant with an issue brought to me by the agents as urgent, which I did reply straight away and I haven’t heard from them since. I have called all branches in Kent and no one answered the phone. I called my contact’s mobile and no answer and there are no replies to any of my emails. But I do receive a bill monthly and the first two (maybe three) months of rent won’t hit my account as they say it’s to pay for bills but they cannot supply me with a detailed breakdown of their expenditure. Thoroughly disappointing and frustrating. Must do better! I’m a paying client.
