From initial valuation to completing on our sale took just 7 weeks and was incredibly stress free. Our sale was handled by Sarah who has been fantastic from start to finish. This is not a one-off experience as we have bought and sold houses through Sarah before and can honestly say that she is, hands down, the best estate agent we have ever dealt with! Sarah really knows her stuff, but above all she’s a great communicator with a human touch, which really does make both buying and selling a pleasure. We have had the best experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colebrook Sturrock.??????????

Hoping not to waste the trip, we contacted Finn’s about another property and, despite it not being scheduled, Joe kindly made time to show us around. That property turned out to be the perfect home for our family.<br><br>From that very first meeting, Joe took the time to understand our circumstances and how much this purchase meant to us. Throughout what became a lengthy and, at times, complex process, he remained steadfast, patient, and incredibly supportive. No matter how many questions we had or how stressful things became, Joe was always available to provide reassurance, updates, and honest guidance.<br><br>What stood out most was Joe’s genuine belief in us and his commitment to helping us reach the finish line. We never felt like just another transaction; we felt supported every step of the way. It can be hard to find the experience of paying for a service where people actually care about getting the job done and making it feel worth the time and money but this was one of those rare few. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Unfortunately we didn’t secure a sale but I honestly don’t believe this was because of the estate agents, just bad timing. Would I use Kent’s again? Yes I would!

23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)There's a drip in my property. Water is pissing through the window and previously through the ceiling light. The gulleys were cleaned but the issue persists and they have put my rent up before sorting the issue. As others have said, please avoid if you can. I've heard other stories in and around town from speaking to people in local shops about how bad Lovett's is. Unfortunately for them, I am very persistent, and if like the previous reviewer they try to keep hold of MY deposit when I leave, well they are in for some fun ?????? Video of leak attached for your viewing pleasure - put the sound on (it was taken at 3am)<br><br>They are in and out of my property or need me to be available all the time.<br><br>November - gas safety check<br>26th January - property inspection<br>10th April - EICR check, guy didn't turn up<br>11th June - keys cut - surprise surprise<br>15th June EICR<br>26th June - Fire safety check<br><br>I don't want someone in my property when I am not there but they can do what they like because they only have to give 48 hours notice.<br><br>Word spreads fast and people talk. Sort it out.
15th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

10th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.
