Unlike some estate agents they have kept me fully informed throughout and have liaised proactively with my solicitors so that I had virtually no 'chasing up' to do. Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.... The team were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t a good time to sell but they set our expectations and kept us in the loop an appropriate amount. We couldn’t sell so it is hard to judge the agents’ performance across the whole process. The viewings we had were not particularly productive - a few of them could have been avoided by some simple questions about budget and some information about the house and area, which would have saved us the stress of a pointless viewing....
