From the very first property viewing, Sophie made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I attended the viewing with my children, who were understandably very excited and eager to explore every room while asking endless questions. Sophie was so warm, patient, and kind with all of us, never once making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Her calm and caring nature instantly put us at ease. As we progressed through the application process, referencing, credit checks, and all of the tenancy paperwork, Sophie continued to exceed every expectation I had. From the very beginning, every single person we dealt with was kind, professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. The teamwork between everyone was incredible and it really made the entire process feel smooth, exciting, and stress-free. A special mention to Joe and Jonathan, who were both brilliant throughout, but every member of the team chipped in to help us whenever we needed anything. No question was ever too much trouble, responses were always so quick, and they truly went above and beyond to cater to our every need. We always felt listened to, supported, and looked after. The team showed us some gorgeous homes and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we felt comfortable and informed at every stage. Their communication, friendliness, and dedication really stood out and made such a difference to our experience. It can be hard to find the experience of paying for a service where people actually care about getting the job done and making it feel worth the time and money but this was one of those rare few. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.

23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)There's a drip in my property. Water is pissing through the window and previously through the ceiling light. The gulleys were cleaned but the issue persists and they have put my rent up before sorting the issue. As others have said, please avoid if you can. I've heard other stories in and around town from speaking to people in local shops about how bad Lovett's is. Unfortunately for them, I am very persistent, and if like the previous reviewer they try to keep hold of MY deposit when I leave, well they are in for some fun ?????? Video of leak attached for your viewing pleasure - put the sound on (it was taken at 3am)<br><br>They are in and out of my property or need me to be available all the time.<br><br>November - gas safety check<br>26th January - property inspection<br>10th April - EICR check, guy didn't turn up<br>11th June - keys cut - surprise surprise<br>15th June EICR<br>26th June - Fire safety check<br><br>I don't want someone in my property when I am not there but they can do what they like because they only have to give 48 hours notice.<br><br>Word spreads fast and people talk. Sort it out.

We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.

This is above and beyond just an estate agents, I couldn't have been helped anymore when getting my tenancy last week to the point Andy gave up his bank holiday weekend to spend in the office correcting a few issues that were no fault of the agents at all to make sure my moving day still went ahead just 48 hrs later. I honestly cant praise this estate agents enough. I would highly recommend 100%. Friendly and so helpful.

10th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.
