1st Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Write from the initial contact and the valuation, confidence was created. The property brochure was well photographed, designed, and with the language carefully crafted. Whenever we phoned the office, which ever member of staff answered was readily able to either respond personally or no immediately how to obtain an appropriate response. They were well organised and enthusiastic team.

Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

Emily answered our queries both written and verbal with clarity and in a friendly manner. Timescales were realistic; as we started the search for a new tenant just before Christmas. Other staff in the Crediton office are also very helpful. Winkworths has been a good experience in finding a new tenant.

Communication was excellent and attention to detail was great. It truly is a case of "We couldnt have done it without them".
