21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)We’ve always had a fantastic experience with this estate agency. A genuinely honest, trustworthy and professional team who have always looked after us extremely well. Communication has been excellent throughout, and it’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about their clients. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent. Thank you again for everything!
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Samuels Exeter are excellent estate agents from the initial valuation from Andy to the communication with all the staff throughout.
Would thoroughly recommend!
10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Pleasant, professional and efficient team of people which helped the process go smoothly.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)I contacted Connels to view a house and received some excellent advice on other houses that may suit our requirements. View a house 2 days later and we are not SSTC within four day, excellent service and a special thanks to Kieran for his help and advice.
25th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Awful experience. I got ignored for more than a month, prior the only communication I recieved was to keep reducing the price. 6 months on the market with 1 viewing, 2 days with a different estate agent at the same price and already have a viewing booked. They couldn't find my keys when I went to collect them and then found them but wouldnt return them to me. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone.

14th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)As landlords, my husband (now deceased) and I have been very appreciative of Pure Lettings (now Miller Town & Country) for very many years. I have continued the association with trust and confidence and they have been very suppportive at a difficult time for me. I am also selling a property with the Estate Agency dept. Again, I have found them extremely capable, efficient and have been able to have good communication and support.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We had a great experience selling our house through Savills. In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I have/had been a tenant for 6 years and had the absolute pleasure of having Kyms guidance from the get go.
Kym has always been incredibly patient and supportive, from the initial signing of the contracts through to handing back the keys.
Kym is an invaluable asset to the team and goes above and beyond for clients, whether you are a tenant or landlord. Any question or situation that arose was always dealt with promptly and kindly, whether it be personal circumstance changes or property management.
I cannot thank Kym enough for the support she has given me over the past year 6 years, it has made my life as a tenant joyous and I felt genuinely cared for... which can be rare in the renting world.
Thank you for everything!
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I have been so lucky to have used Cardens for 23 years.

During that time they have expertly and brilliantly found new tenants and managed my rental property for me. Every step of the way I have found them to be professional and wonderful people to work with. I would like to send a special thank you to Beverley who has been a joy to work with, always available for advice and help when I needed it. A real partner throughout. If you have a property you'd like to let then do give her a call.

And when I came to sell my flat, the sales team - Andy & Mark - came over the hill like the cavalry, expertly selling the property in under 4 weeks during one of the toughest periods the UK has suffered in the property market. Very impressive.

I thoroughly recommend using Cardens for lettings & sales. Fantastic service by fantastic people who know what they're talking about. Thank you all.

7th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)A huge thank you to Sharon at the Dawlish office, who guided me through the process of buying a bungalow. As a first time buyer, Sharon was reassuring and helpful and allowed me enough time when viewing to plan and imagine myself living there. I highly recommend Sharon and if ever I decided to sell, would use Fraser Wheeler again.

Throughout the whole process the Team at East of Exe, Jo, Tilly and Matt have supported us. Professional, knowledgeable, calm and efficient, we cannot recommend them highly enough.
25th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)We recently bought our first home from Jonathan Mowday and couldn't recommend him highly enough! Jon walked us through the process of buying a house very clearly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and was always a pleasure to work with.

Jon had expert knowledge of the Devon area and we would be very happy to buy / sell a house through him in the future.
16th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)We are very happy with our purchase. Initially we felt that the garden wasn’t quite right. However we are so pleased that we asked Francis Louis to clarify this to the sellers and manage a slight reduction on our behalf. Thank you

7th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Countrywide mortgages

We were appointed James Staddon as our mortgage advisor, and from start to finish he has been nothing but exceptional. Being first time buyers, we had no clue on anything but James walked us through every step of the way explaining every fine detail. James went above and beyond and would highly recommend him.
