11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

Based the valuation on what they could see in the house rather than previous local sales data which would have been unhelpful as no other comparable houses. Photographer also skilled and just a great helpful team from start to finish.
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.
16th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)First rate job from Andrew and the team at Samuel Wood. Excellent service provided from initial valuation right through to concluding the sale of our family home in Ludlow. Really felt like they went the extra mile to make a difficult and complicated process very simple for my elderly mother. Highly recommended :-)

15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Less than a week after photos etc taken, the house went 'live' on the internet. The next day, I received a phone call from CobbAmos wanting to book a viewing the following day. The house was sold, etc, within a week.
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Have been on the market for a year with hardly any interest. Jacksons relaunched this weekend and we had a viewer the next day who offered us the full asking price. Strange times.- 22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Jackson Property (Hereford) have been excellent and the whole team have kept me informed throughout the process. They’ve worked actively to answer questions, chase other parties when necessary and make sure everyone in the chain is supported and happy. I can’t thank them enough - my house was sold in two days and two viewings. Moving day is this week…!

Emma ia a credit to the company and worked exceptionally hard to ensure we moved into our new hone before Christmas. If you want to sell your property in the Bromyard area, I can highly recommend them.

It was a big move for us, and the process could not have been smoother or more pleasant — communication was excellent from start to finish. We felt strongly that our vendor was as sympathetically and respectfully treated as we were, and this meant a lot to us. All in all we had an absolutely great experience with Brooks Bliss and could not be happier in our new home.

I was overjoyed when I had a call from Mark Wiggins a few months later to say it had fallen through and was going back in the market. The service from them from start to finish was excellent. Special mention to Corrabeth - superstar. Thanks for everything, we love our new home - even in all this rain and mud!
