I have known Katrina Fernandez for more than ten years now, and seen her grow, from young beginner, to – still young – expert property manager. She is not only willing to help, but really helpful, owing to her inexaustible resourcefulness. Managing a number of properties obviously requires technical skill and competence in more than one field. But in order to successfully do this job from the uncomfortable position of moderator between landlord and tenant, one must develop a capacity to mediate between seemingly opposed interests. And in this rarer ability Katrina really excels. She never lets you down.
