The lettings team have been very helpful throughout the whole process and have made everything feel straightforward and easy to understand. They guide you through each step, keep things clear and are always happy to answer any questions.<br><br>A special mention to Makena, Matt and Ollie, who have all been really helpful and made the process so much easier. Moving can be stressful, but having a team that is supportive, approachable and willing to help makes a real difference.<br><br>I would definitely recommend William H Brown to anyone looking to rent a property. Thank you to the lettings team for all your help!
21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very difficult to get in touch with them for any property maintenance issues. 90 % of the time the call goes to voicemail and no one responds to the voicemail. I would think twice regarding customer service before taking a property with Pennington.

18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Oliver Johnson & the team at Clarke & Simpson have been outstanding. Having sold land & property through them I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're very well established in the area, they have the contacts and they know their customers. Oliver Johnson is a great agent, he's very proactive and spotted a Land Registry issue that could have caused problems but he suggested a solution which enabled us to quickly resolve and complete the sale. He's an expert problem solver, maintaining a great relationship with buyer, seller and solicitors. I rarely write reviews but for Oliver & the Clarke & Simpson team I'm very pleased to say they are highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENCY!<br><br>As a young family, the sheer stress, intimidation, and disgraceful conduct we suffered from Rebecca Moore at Austwick Berry and this landlord is beyond disgusting.<br><br>They ignored basic repairs for months leaving us with a broken door and a broken washing machine yet rushed to pull thousands of pounds in random, fabricated charges out of thin air the moment we moved out. Rebecca sent us a ridiculous bill claiming thousands for items that were already damaged when we moved in, including hundreds for an old, pre-used rug without providing a single receipt, proof of age, or proper breakdown.<br><br>When we politely requested basic proof and receipts, Rebecca escalated to aggressive, high-handed intimidation tactics, even threatening us with police involvement over a standard civil deposit dispute.<br><br>The moment they were forced to put up actual evidence to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), they had nothing. Rebecca Moore and Austwick Berry have put our young family through months of severe distress, lost work days, and appalling treatment. Complete cowboys—avoid this agency at all costs.<br><br>You messed with the wrong ones this time ??????!

He was always happy to answer any questions and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole experience much easier and less stressful.<br>Jason was approachable, responsive and clearly very experienced in his field. I felt I could rely on him and that he genuinely cared about providing a good service.<br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jason to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional and genuinely helpful estate agent.

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Would highly recommend Marks and Mann Martlesham. We sold our house with them early summer this year and the sale was a really smooth process. Tracy done some really amazing viewings on our property and managed to get us an offer after the first viewing. Shane took really good quality photos of our property and got us online asap as we were in a hurry to sell to secure another property. Emma maintained contact from start to finish, even during the really stressful times and issues. We are really grateful to the whole team. Thank you ??????
16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Hizzy were recommended to my sister back in 2022 as a safe pair of hands in Hadleigh and having dealt with another high profile estate agent in the high street (and being highly sceptical about their over-inflated prices and service on another project) I was very happy to stick with the recommendation and I'm very pleased I did.<br><br>With my mother's health declining I first met Lee in summer 2023 to discuss options on selling her house but for one reason or another the house stayed in her ownership until she died later that year. The estate stayed untouched for nearly 2 years but in January this year (2026) I re-established contact and finally met Ross.<br><br>I've bought and sold a fair few properties and am on high alert for Estate agent fluff BUT I was very reassured about his and Lee's response times, flexibility and no-nonsense straight talking. I liked both of them immediately.<br><br>We both knew the market conditions with high interest rates and a general lack of market confidence that the asking price had taken a dive from our first discussions in 2023 and that the sales market was slow but we pushed on with prepping the house to sell and market in March 2026.<br><br>For a modest little house in a quiet year we got plenty of footfall at the house, a handful of offers as well which faltered because of the buyers circumstances but finally we found the right buyer. Legals took a wee bit longer than I would have expected but everyone at Hizzy were really excellent at updating me about updates and news at every turn, whether good or adverse.<br><br>In short I have no hesitation in recommending HIZZY as a very safe pair of hands for a house sale. 'Estate agents' and 'honest' are not always words seen in the same sentence but happily I can say without contradiction they are both. I think they are very experienced and know their stuff and really can't be faulted. I also liked the fact that their premises are tucked away in a modest smart trading estate so they aren't wasting unnecessary money on presentation and high street business rates. As I said above it is all no-nonsense and quietly slick and I can see why they have sold so many houses in Hadleigh and their reputation is growing all the time.<br><br>We completed this morning on my Mum's house and I am very grateful to them for their guidance and support throughout this spring and summer.

We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else

Tara and her team were very professional and helpful with every aspect of the process and we can't thank them enough for all they done for us.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend Grace's to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

Brad came out to our house and was so knowledgeable, gave us fantastic advice and had obviously done his homework on the area. Brad gave us regular updates without us having to ever call him and we really felt like he was 'on it' and on our side. I can't thank the team at Potters enough for all of their hard work and we would not hesitate to use them again!

25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Keystone were great from start to finish. Jonathan was very professional and personable, didn’t push me at all and I was confident my house was in good hands. He got me three offers in the first three weeks and achieved full asking price. After that Sally was great in chasing Solicitors and the other estate agent which in the end was a very long process but she was persistent. Communication was excellent from start to finish and I heard from them almost weekly, more so when necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.
