They were extremely professional, very experienced and practical, always responding to queries in a timely manner. From the outset, we were extremely impressed by Luke’s knowledge of the local rental market and skill in finding the right tenants for us fairly swiftly and on more than one occasion. 16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Important to note: Clarke and Simpson were not our agents, but were the agents for the property we were purchasing. Stuart Clarke was handling the sale for his client, but throughout the process we genuinely felt he was acting as much for us as for them. He obviously had a vested interest in completing the sale, but irrespective this fact, throughout the process Stuart was highly responsive, offered constructive help and advice, and was consistently on hand to answer queries, arrange re-viewings and relay our queries and concerns to his client. C&S’s clients were, sadly, selling the property under a power of attorney which raised some challenges. Throughout the process though Stuart and the C&S team dealt with these sensitively and proactively. Had we instructed them under similar circumstances, we would have felt that we were in safe hands. Thank you, Stuart and team.

19th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.

28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)We moved 4 months ago and Ryan at Woodbridge Road East helped us with the sale of our house which sold quickly after being with them last August but we couldn’t find a bungalow, Ryan kept going the extra mile to keep our buyer interested and trying to help us find somewhere as well we finally found somewhere and it all went smoothly at the end. The town branch we didn’t find so helpful at all so glad we went to the other branch otherwise I think we would have stayed where we were as it seemed we were a nuisance about a certain property we were interested in. Well done Ryan a credit to your branch

We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else

25th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Overpriced my house, then reduced it by £25k then 2 weeks later wanted to reduced it a further £20k. Making my house seem unsellable. Communication was terrible. I had to chase for feedback. I made a big mistake using them. What they promise around your dining table is not what you get. I am using a different agent.
