20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)From start to finish, Pennington were fantastic and stress free.<br><br>The initial viewing with Robert was a pleasure, he was very informative and answered every question we had accurately.<br>We left the property after viewing and immediately felt like we were satisfied and happy.<br><br>Throughout the application process, Jemma was very patient and helpful. The platform Pennington uses is efficient, seamless and made reference checks and applying for the property effortless.<br><br>Once this was done, we had our move in date. We went to their office to pick up the keys, Joe was there to hand us our keys and answered any questions we had in a friendly and professional manner.<br>Clare introduced herself as our property manager and made us aware of a maintenance repair that was booked in at the building the property resides in ahead of time.<br><br>The whole experience was pleasant, effortless and the team at Pennington have been friendly and professional throughout.<br><br>Thanks.

15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently had the issue of trying to sell a piece of land in Framlingham which had full planning permission but was curtailed with a Unilateral Undertaking with ESCC. Oliver Johnson, a Director of Clarke and Simpson, could not have been more helpful. He navigated us through the intricacies of planning, found a buyer and when our solicitor, Ross Coates, was closed down, he found us a new solicitor who rapidly concluded the sale. Oliver`s handling throughout could not be faulted. His communication skills and support were amazing with immediate e-mail and telephone responses. Without the knowledge and contacts that Clarke and Simpson have, I doubt that we should have sold the land, let alone advertised it. A definite rewarding experience for us. Well done from very satisfied clients. Ian and Sheila McLeish.

19th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.
3rd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have used Austwick Berry for many years, and found them to be superb. They are a small company but highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you want a good letting agent, I can highly recommend this company.
10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)I’ve been living in a property managed by them for over a year now and they have been great! They have dealt with every issue promptly and professionally, they are supportive not only to the landlord but to all tenants with equal fairness. If you communicate with them properly, pay your rent on time and keep the property in good condition you will find that renting through them was a wise decision. As a former lettings negotiator for several companies I can find no fault with this agent and highly recommend.

In particular we would like to give a special mention to Manager Tanya who has without question simply gone above and beyond. Nothing has ever been to much trouble and she has always kept us updated of where we were at in the process even when the Solicitors at times did not. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator and it is not hard to see why she is the Manager. Tanya truly is a superb Estate Agent and one that we would highly recommend. We would at the same time like to give special mention to her team of Ryan Lilley and Jay. They are always so helpful, professional and positive. Ryan is a very polite and bright young man who will go far we are sure. We would once again thank and praise Tanya and team for all they have done which has enabled us to start a wonderful new chapter in our life. Thank you all and we really are so truly grateful.

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. They were consistently friendly, highly professional, and genuinely supported us through every single stage of the sale and move.<br><br>They went above and beyond, even chasing up solicitors on our behalf to keep everything moving smoothly and reduce our stress. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work. I would absolutely use Keystone again in a heartbeat!

After that the experience wasn't as good, not letting us know when people were going to view,and worse not letting the tenant know,on more than one occasion people just turned up without anyone knowing!
