Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company

Rob was always quick to respond, easy to reach by phone or message, and patient in answering every question I had. He was professional, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I would recommend Jackson-Stops!
2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)We have used Clarke and Simpson a number of times over the decades and they have consistently provided an outstanding customer focused service. I can honestly say that without them, in this case Stuart Clarke, I think we might still be waiting to exchange contracts on our recent purchase.. As someone who has sold and purchased using their services, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are proper old school.

The two guys who worked there were dedicated, and if not able to answer the phone immediately would without fail get back to me within the hour. Reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Helpful in so many ways. As a single woman selling a house on my own I really appreciated their non stop yet never intrusive support. I have nothing but good things to report about this Estate Agents. Thank you David and Steve.
16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)The staff at this estate agents are proffesional and contactable and reachable through out the whole process we wer.nt with this estate agents but Megan dealt with everything and was Brilliant even tho our own eastate agents w.h Brown were useless oops did i say w.h brown never mind.But yes if your buying / selling this is the place to do it.Enjoy

23rd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I should have went with Knight Residential from the start to sell my house. After 8 weeks with no viewings, I asked Matt to place my house one the market with Knight’s. Wishing a few days, we had multiple viewings and an offer made and excepted. Matt then passed me over to Lorraine, who knew we had a quick turnaround needed of 6 weeks. Lorraine went above snd beyond, not that she would ever say she did. Each week she would make contact to provide updates, she would work with the buyer and our solicitors to ensure a swift smooth sale. Lorraine is now selling my letting property and everything again is going just as smoothly as. I would recommend Knight Residential, not just to sell, but to provide expert advice, guidance and if I were to purchase, let or sell again, I would not hesitate to go direct to Knight’s. Thank you.

They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10 Months so was really grateful for that.

5th May 2026 (4 days ago)Keystone have yet again been amazing estate agents to use to sell our property! We felt well informed during the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Jonathan came and talked to us at length about putting our house on the market, gave us useful advice when offering (and being rejected a few times) on our now new home. Danny kept us in the loop when doing viewings, gave feedback and always let us know when we could return home again! Sally has been brilliant at the end of our many phone calls, particularly in the last couple of weeks before exchange. She seemed to be doing the work of the whole chain right at the end. We are so grateful to her for being persistent, making many phone calls, sending emails and not just sitting tight waiting for solicitors to talk to one another! We feel that our stressful week last week would have been a whole lot worse without her on our side and not giving up! Otherwise we probably still would be waiting for exchange/completion dates. Thank you so much Sally and all at Keystone for everything you have done for us ??????

They have helped with selling of my property with ease and when viewing properties they have for sale, their expertise outshines others. The team have passion and drive and cannot fault anything within the company. We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
