From start to finish, Abbey was brilliant in helping us secure our mortgage, as well as sorting out our life insurance and buildings and contents insurance.<br><br>She was incredibly open during all of our discussions, clearly laying out every single option available so we could make the best choices for our situation. Her approach is the perfect balance of friendly and professional, which made what can be a stressful process feel incredibly easy.<br><br>No matter what questions we threw at her, Abbey had an answer ready. We couldn't have asked for better support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth, transparent, and expert service!

15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently had the issue of trying to sell a piece of land in Framlingham which had full planning permission but was curtailed with a Unilateral Undertaking with ESCC. Oliver Johnson, a Director of Clarke and Simpson, could not have been more helpful. He navigated us through the intricacies of planning, found a buyer and when our solicitor, Ross Coates, was closed down, he found us a new solicitor who rapidly concluded the sale. Oliver`s handling throughout could not be faulted. His communication skills and support were amazing with immediate e-mail and telephone responses. Without the knowledge and contacts that Clarke and Simpson have, I doubt that we should have sold the land, let alone advertised it. A definite rewarding experience for us. If you want a good letting agent, I can highly recommend this company.- 16th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)As we have just now exchanged and completed on our house sale we thought it was high time to leave a review for W H Brown East. In particular we would like to give a special mention to Manager Tanya who has without question simply gone above and beyond. Nothing has ever been to much trouble and she has always kept us updated of where we were at in the process even when the Solicitors at times did not. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator and it is not hard to see why she is the Manager. Tanya truly is a superb Estate Agent and one that we would highly recommend. We would at the same time like to give special mention to her team of Ryan Lilley and Jay. They are always so helpful, professional and positive. Ryan is a very polite and bright young man who will go far we are sure. We would once again thank and praise Tanya and team for all they have done which has enabled us to start a wonderful new chapter in our life. Thank you all and we really are so truly grateful.

Completely arrogant and liar but he’s thankfully been fired and Lee has taken over as senior manager. And what a difference!!! He’s trustworthy and actually calls me back. Got me and my family into my home and got a nice thoughtful box of goodies. Definitely recommend the team now that other useless manager is now gone. Lee is all over everything!

4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)What can I say! Ross was amazing with us to buy our 1st home. I can't thank him enough. He was there every step of the way,was always a phone call away. He helped us with all of the paperwork we didn't understand and came to our rented place to go though it all and send it all off for us. This journey has been amazing for us and we couldn't of done any of it without his help. Sorted out mortgage advisor and solicitor for us aswell. I really can't thank him enough for all of his help he has give us on this new start. Many many thanks Ross you are an angel.

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. They were consistently friendly, highly professional, and genuinely supported us through every single stage of the sale and move.<br><br>They went above and beyond, even chasing up solicitors on our behalf to keep everything moving smoothly and reduce our stress. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work. I would absolutely use Keystone again in a heartbeat!
