They were always responsive to calls and emails and really helped keep everything on track. Recommend anyone selling in Thames Ditton and the local area to consider appointing HJC.
27th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)I recently sold a property through Hamptons Esher. Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

2nd Apr 2021 (4 years ago)Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.

His communication was great, especially when exchange became drawn out. Excellent service and even met me at the new house with the keys on completion. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again ??????

From using a range of agencies to find a new property I would put Esher Curchods heads above others for professionalism and contact, always keeping me up to date and helping with queries. 2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I instructed Tudor & Co to sell my mothers flat when she went into care, sadly she passed away during the selling process and so we had to pause to go through probate, it became a very protracted sale. Tudor & Co were brilliant through the sales process and all the difficulties that arose, their communication and advive were excellent and they kept the sale together for us. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for the sale of a property.

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I would like to thank Justine Davies of the Weybridge branch for her recent considerable help, professionalism, and courtesy at all times during a recent viewing. I was most impressed! I very much wanted to visit a delightful small house in the Weybridge (Oatlands) area which was of considerable interest to me even though I had only just put my own current property onto the market for sale. Justine attended promptly at the property and showed me everything about the property in detail, pointing out it's many very good points which were fairly considerable, then patiently explaining that it would be typically advantageous if my own property were already under offer in order to indicate to the vendors that I was in a realistic position to pursue the purchase of this property, given the vendor required as early a sale as was reasonable. I very much liked this property, and I duly submitted my formal offer for the property on the clear understanding and realistic advice from Justine that other offers may come in for this Weybridge property, but my offer would be held as pending until such time as the vendor accepts the most suitable offer, bearing in mind my own flat was not yet under offer itself. This advice was clearly realistic and therefore valuable to me for my learning curve in purchasing a property which I had not done during the last 13 years. In the event, the property I liked so much had just very recently received another offer which had been accepted by the vendor, but Justine had the decency and courtesy to tactfully keep me informed and let me know that this property was unfortunately no longer available for sale. I very much appreciated her very prompt and essential update. Justine also immediately advised me that details of other (hopefully suitable) properties will be sent to me when they become available, and very hopefully I will have an offer on my current property in the foreseeable future. 6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Can highly recommend Miles & Bird and especially Aaron. He was professional and very thorough throughout the process. Ours was not an easy sale (poor market), but he kept us in the loop well and was honest and innovative with ideas about what we could do. Nor was ours an easy completion process (delays and complications largely created by solicitors across the chain), but that was where Aaron really came into his own. We obviously were not his only client, but we were made feel like we were - he worked so hard for us and was tenacious in chasing everything up for us, keeping us informed of what was going on / anything we needed to do, explaining the process, and generally keeping everything moving forward etc. At a very stressful time he was very reassuring.

As a specialist in Customer Service processes I have found them fair, pro-active and professional. There aren't many estate agents that you can trust and are genuine but I highly recommend this estate agent specially Ross. 23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.
