Daniel was extremely well-mannered, communicated clearly at every stage, and immediately understood my needs and taste in property. What stood out the most was the genuine care and honesty shown towards customers. It is very important to feel respected and understood when making such an important decision, and he made the experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. 9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)I recently had to sell my late parents' house and decided to instruct Hamptons in Wimbledon Village.<br><br>My reason for choosing Hamptons over the other agents was solely down to Richard. He took the time to research the property and discovered that Hamptons had in fact sold the property to my parents back in 1988, and he found the original sales particulars and also some old photos.<br><br>He gave me all the information I needed (and more) without the hard sell. I have worked in the industry for years and it was so refreshing not to be given the "patter". He filled me with confidence and didn't let me down.<br><br>Both Kasper and Richard worked hard to get multiple viewings and offers within two weeks, in the hardest month of the year to sell a property (December) and the sale exchanged only 3 months later.<br><br>Kasper saw the sale through and kept me fully informed at all stages. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided and the speed of the sale.<br><br>Dealing with grief, the sale and emptying of a family home and probate felt overwhelming at times, but I felt fully supported by the Hamptons Team. Thank you!

Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.

Matilda is the most professional, responsible and reliable negotiator I’ve come across during my month-long property search! Following the introduction of the new renting rules in May, the conditions for renting became more complicated for us. I’ve spoken to quite a few letting agents, but they seem rather unsure themselves, so I received a lot of incorrect information. Matilda, however, was very professional right from our very first conversation and provided a clear plan. Throughout the rest of the letting process, she always answered all my questions promptly, which put my mind at ease. Thank you Matilda!

Miira undertook additional tasks for us such as vacant property insurance inspection visits which minimised our need to travel to the property. The sale completed within 4 months of going to market. I spent most of my time dealing directly with Jade, I'd like to say it was a pleasure, she was incredibly helpful throughout what was a prolonged process and kept me updated all the way. Whenever there was an issue she was first to resolve it. Equally, Nathaniel stepped in when Jade was unavailable to oversee and assist with some challenges along the way.<br><br>Everyone I spoke to at Kaybridge across both offices were incredibly polite, helpful and professional throughout.
