From communication through the entire process, arranging the home report and photographs, and the negotiations with our buyer I cannot recommend them enough. My property was on the market for 7 days before we exceeded the expected offer. Highly recommend, Rob & Karen brilliant.

25th Apr 2019 (6 years ago)Went in to enquire about the area as a potential place to move to and the staff were about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Every question was met with an unhelpful response. Got the feeling she didn't want us to move there or she was incompetent at her job. Won't be back any time soon!!

22nd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)We chose Gillespie Macandrew because we wanted the whole selling process (including the calculation of capital gains tax) to be under one roof. Gillespie Macandrew more than lived up to our expectations. The marketing, conveyancing and capital gains processes were all sequentially and logically implemented and there was always someone on hand to answer our questions. The stress involved in selling a property was greatly reduced, the sale went smoothly and efficiently, and we received a price well above the valuation.

The services they provided were excellent, great team, always very helpful and knowledgeable and couldn’t have made the whole process from beginning to end any easier. As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.

Kirsty’s communication was excellent — she truly went above and beyond at every stage and kept us informed and reassured throughout the whole process. Gavin was so down to earth and friendly, which made what can be a stressful experience feel much easier and more personal. The marketing package was exceptional, especially the high-quality photography and the drone footage, which really showcased the property and set it apart. Thanks to their hard work and expertise, we achieved an offer above the asking price, which exceeded our expectations. A genuinely professional, approachable, and dedicated team — we’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to use Venters Property again.

18th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)Finally Belvoir you have got a fantastic manager in Tracey she is a lovely lovely lady with great understanding of others her people skills are outstanding to be frank she is a great asset to Belvoir .and today I met Jemma she was absolutely lovely her people skills were brill she shows compassion and understanding makes you feel your being listened to and understood thank you Jemma yet again Belvoir she was outstanding and truly put me at ease a lot better than the other young lady with bad attitude and zero people skills I'm so glad shes gone well done Kirkcaldy Belvoir you are simply the best and I for one lovezz you 2 ladies thank you both you make a great team seriously recommend these staff at Kirkcaldy to anyone
